Kaite Hotel

I temporarily booked this hotel because of my passport. When I checked in, the lady at the front desk was not only indifferent, she didn't even say "Hello", the most basic courtesy in the service industry. ! At first glance, it seems that they have not received professional training, which shows that the hotel is lacking in management. The hardware of the hotel is pretty good, the rooms are large and the facilities are complete. But it cannot make up for the lack of management. I needed a non-smoking room. The smell of smoke was very strong when I entered the room. The two ladies on duty were very helpful. They changed my room and opened the window for ventilation. Thank you for their help! The breakfast was very good. The master chefs were all around. When they noticed that extra dishes were needed, they took care of it immediately, giving people a warm and professional feeling. The breakfast options are also good, including authentic haggis soup, milk tea, buckwheat noodles with mutton soup or tomato soup, very delicious!

The hotel room is super big, the breakfast is quite good, and there is a large cloakroom.

I am satisfied with the hotel's cleanliness and front desk service, but the breakfast service is really poor. Breakfast starts at 7:30 and ends at 9:30, but when I went to have breakfast at 8:30, the restaurant was empty. No one was in charge and no one was responsible. It was disappointing and Angry, do not recommend staying. (See the picture)

The reception service at the front desk is really bad. I originally went to take a short break at noon. I arrived at the front desk at about 1:10 and waited for about 40 minutes. Check out at about 16:30. I had a problem and waited for 20 minutes.
