The room was very clean. There is a hotel not far from the hotel. There is a big lake next to the hotel. It is very nice to take a walk by the lake in the morning!

Have stayed at this hotel many times however this may have been our last. Hotel is pet friendly which is OK however we had rooms beside a room where someone left two dogs on their own for several hours. Barking was constant until 2:45am. Despite requests to front desk there seemed to be little done to correct the situation. Also, breakfast in morning we had to ask for cloth to wipe down table as it still had food crumbs on it. Staff were juts standing around talking. Cleanliness and service has went downhill. Disappointing stay and not much effort by staff to make it any better.

The room was perfect the only thing was the room was a bit stuffy and we had to call the front desk because there wasnt a remote in the room for the tv

The check in process was seamless, the staff helpful and courteous and the accommodations are everything you need. Had a great stay. Would definitely stay again. Warren, the bus driver, is awesome!

Waited in line for 45 min to check in. Room was very dated, Dresser was missing a drawer and no jacuzzi In room which is what I paid for. Not worth the $300 I paid for a night…

Close to casinorama. Breakfast included was very good. Very clean rooms and comfortable mattresses and comforters and pillows.

Check in took over an hour. 1 staff member checking parties in. Horrible experience.

No Bar or Restaurant on Site as Advertised. No working hot tub or sauna on site as advertised. No coffee creamer. Not happy at all.

Room was good. Very small shower with low ceilings in the bathroom. Hot tub was not functioning and the gym was the afterthought type. Bed had ruts so you were stuck in a spot. Sheets and towels were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was a pleasant surprise as it said continental but it actually had everything and then some. Coffee was weak, make coffee in the room and bring it for fresh milk/cream if needed.

The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The shuttle to and from the ****** was convenient and a good price. There was lots of variety at the included breakfast.

Looks newly renovated. The two women on the evening front desk shift (Dec2) we’re lovely and helpful!

Great to have a fridge and microwave. Also appreciate the soap dish (instead of having soap sliding around the rim of the sink).
