Orlando Downtown
The experience was great! Even though we were by the highway it wasn’t so noisy and busy. Loved the jacuzzi!! They was a little mixed up with the self parking but the manager handled it very calm and swiftly for us. Definitely will be booking again.

Disneyland Resort
I could not have been more disappointed with this hotel. I called two months before our trip to check about shuttles to Disney and if I needed to rent a car. I was assured by the hotel staff that there were shuttles that would more than meet our needs and that renting a car would not be necessary. Well about $400 in Uber fees later, that could not have been less true. They have a shuttle that runs once a day. The shuttle to Disney doesn’t even leave the hotel until an hour after the parks are open. To return, your options are 4:00pm or 10:15pm. Not great. One night we tried to take the shuttle and arrived at the pickup point at 10:17 and the shuttle was already gone. Thus leaving us stranded at Epcot while we tried to find an Uber. I desperately called the hotel to see if there was any chance the shuttle would return and was rudely told that we had missed our chance. The next day, I called down for more shampoo and was told that if I wanted some I could come get it myself. Our room had no TV remote and my son was very proud of all the bugs he smashed. The staff was rude, condescending, and as unhelpful as they come. They also deactivated our room keys at 8:45am when checkout is at 11. On top of all this, we had to pay a resort fee. If this place is a resort, then so is my basement. As someone who travels frequently, I can honestly say that I’ve never been more disappointed with a hotel. Just do yourself a favor and stay inside the Disney parks.
