The hotel has a shuttle bus to Disney and Universal, but the time is very strange. The bus to Disney is more than 10 o'clock in the morning, and it is 7:05 in the morning. Go to Disney's Lyft, because I want to enter the park early. There are also hotels that do not clean the room every day. If you need to clean, you need to tell the front desk in advance. The hotel has 3 places with free self-service washing machines and dryers. It is very convenient to bring your own washing powder. Another small defect, the hotel is not very soundproof, can hear the sound of the next door very clearly. If you can, don't choose the first floor. There is a garbage bin on the first floor. Many people throw garbage. Very noisy.

I booked a three-bedroom suite, the kitchen is fully equipped, the hotel is comfortable, the room is well designed, and two cars are parked for free, which is very suitable for family travel. Highly recommended.

We did not use the hotel resort facilities much, as we were in the theme parks most of the time during our stay. Therefore, I think the resort fees were too much to charge per day. They did not even clean our room every day. Check-in was very slow, and no consideration for upgrades for returning customers. The shuttles were too crowded, and it took too long to return back to the hotel. However, the location of the hotel was excellent for the airport and all the theme parks.

The hotel is big with outdoor swimming pool, bar, restaurant and other facilities. Although the hotel is old, it is still well maintained. Near Disney and universal, would recommend as a more budget friendly choice comparing to theme park resorts.
