Holiday Inn Express properties in Orlando

Hotel was located between both universal and Disney . Free shuttle bus however the shuttle bus is very busy. Hotel breakfast very basic and disappointing. Not many options. Bedrooms are modern decorated however some issues . Bed bugs and ants had to ask to change sheets . They didn’t change and when I asked for room to be cleaned I kept being ignored until eventually had to get senior staff involved . Ant’s definitely a problem in the hotel . Liked that they offered free full size bathroom products this was useful . AC is at one temp and can not be controlled so can get very cold in the room and bedding is thin.

The room was spacious and quite clean. Since I needed the sofa bed, I asked the front desk for an extra set of bedding. The hotel offered an American breakfast, which was decent but nothing special. Parking was free, and there was a free shuttle bus to Universal Studios, which seemed to be a third-party company; the service was infrequent, and I didn't take it since I had rented a car.

AMAZING value! We would recommend this hotel any day. Great location with comfortable and clean rooms. On top of that, breakfast is included and coffee station open all day!!!

The room is large, there is a convenience store at the entrance, breakfast is standard and the basic selection is rich, and the bathroom is bigger and cleaner than other intelligent selections. It is suitable for tourists.

Initially, I randomly selected a hotel for my trip. I discovered that the hotel is close to the venue of the event I planned to attend, which makes me feel relieved. The room is spacious and clean. The food is just average and not particularly impressive. The amenities and services are excellent. One suggestion I have is that it would be great if the hotel provided slippers.

1. The window blinds could not be rolled down. Called front desk, waited for hours without seeing a maintenance person being sent over. Eventually the front desk person came but couldn’t fix the problem. We were offered to move to another room, and we moved. 2. Safety box had been locked when we checked into our room. Should have been unlocked after previous customer checked out.
