I recently stayed at a fantastic new hotel that offers an incredible experience with plenty of Universal's Epic Universe nearby. The location is perfect for those who love theme parks and attractions. The hotel provides easy access to all the nearby activities, making it a great choice for anyone visiting the area. The staff were incredibly friendly and made my stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a convenient and enjoyable stay.

Very nice hotel. Everything is new. Rooms designed like a space ship.
If you stay at the hotel you get the right for early morning access to the parks (we stayed for one night and got it for two days), provided you have tickets for the parks of course.

If you are planing to go on a family trip to Orlando do not pick to stay at the Stella Nova. At the pool area they are very very strict. My son and I were just trying to play catch with a little squishy ball in the pool that was very dead and right away we got yelled at. We tried to reason but they were very rude. Don’t plan on being able to do anything in the pool area, you will hear a whistle every 10 sec from a life guard.

Loved this hotel. It is conveniently located across the street from Epic Universe. You can walk to the entrance but there is a bus available as well. Room is clean and spacious. Cafe had all you need to eat (mobile order is available). The pool area is nice and water felt heated. It is an awesome value for the cost. Definitely would stay here again.

This is a nice hotel, fab location to visit Epic, just a 10min walk across the road to the park so no need to drive or use the resort bus (though we did use it to return to hotel to save our tired feet). The feel of the hotel is minimalist with a spacious lobby area. The tiles are really beautiful. There’s a fun gift shop that’ll make you part with your money before you even hit the park! The rooms are well equipped. The coffee supplied was good and the bathroom products nice, the shower is spacious. Beds were comfy. Could do with another beside table if you are a family as a single shared one isn’t enough (I had to move the small side table) Others have mentioned it, but due to the style of hotel it’s quite noisy. We could hear people in the corridor and the kids in the room upstairs really clearly. So take earplugs if you want an early night or in disturbed sleep. I wouldn’t want to stay for a long trip as there isn’t enough storage space in the room, but it’s fine for a few days. We didn’t eat in the hotel as the food choice for an evening meal wasn’t extensive enough & we ate breakfast in the park, so can’t vouch for that. I’d we revisit Epic again and want early entry we would use the hotel again.

I am writing this review at 4 pm on June 7th from what is supposed to be a new hotel at Universal resorts. We checked in with two rooms on June 5th (3 day stay) in what is a new property. The setup is functional and the hotel is new. The rooms are cleaned once every two days and it appears every attempt is made to clean them as late as possible or to not clean at all. After checking in on June 5th we made two calls requesting cleaning services after we came back at 2 pm on June 7th. Very cut and dry responses were provided and in the third attempt again we were told that we would get service by 6 pm. This was very disappointing and this unfortunately appears to be the “new” Universal park resort where other than offering platitudes no attempt at any kind of customer service was done. The supervisor concluded the last conversation at 315 pm by saying that since this was my third reminder “hopefully” housekeeping will come across soon ! If you are not okay with rooms that get and stay dirty this will not be a good place to consider. Might be better off with an off property stay than a Universal resort is my conclusion after this experience
