This was not a good hotel. First, the pool was broken and there was no hot tub. Then, when we went to our room it smelled really bad, like old cigarette smoke. There was a wad of hair on the floor by the bathroom as well. At that point I told my husband we were not going to stay! Oh and when I booked we were supposed to get 2 meals and were then told at the hotel that was not the case. Employees were rude when we told them we were leaving for all the above. Still working on getting a refund!

I booked two rooms with my colleagues and it was very comfortable. There are restaurants nearby and we can walk there. The bedding is soft, the room has no smell, and the facilities are relatively new

Was on business, was held up for three days. Was very stressful. The front desk clerk, Rodrigo, made it so much better. From making me coffee's and detailed directions. His caring was heartfelt. Would stay again, hopefully under better circumstances.

An aging transit hotel which is fine for what it is needed for. The toilets need to be updated - such a waste of water. Also the cleaning solution smell was overpowering in the lobby area where you also get coffee and breakfast. Otherwise staff nice and hardworking.

Also wine and drinks available for purchase at very reasonable price.
The Courtyard special Old Fashion is just incredible.. Must order if you enjoy bourbon....

The hotel is a little outdated (wear and tear) but overall we had no issues. The staff was very pleasant and we got a shuttle at 330am to the airport which is unheard of in my state!

Way overpriced for what it is. Hotel AC was very loud, and smelled moldy. Obviously the hotel is very close to the airport so you could hear jets taking off. Low water pressure, scratchy linens on the bed, popcorn ceiling, enamel on the tub was peeling up, tiles on the floor loose. You had to pay for coffee in the morning, there is a fee for breakfast, you have to pay to park your car in their lot. On the plus side, the 5 dollar a cup coffee was strong and available at 5:00 am, and the shuttle was reliable. Will not stay here again unless the price is much lower.
