Second time staying here. I really like the space and cleanliness of the room. The beds are very clean, just a little too firm for my taste. We will definitely stay here again

I am on my 4th stay here... Staff is more than friendly, you feel like they have known you forever....Rooms are VERY clean & beds are very comfy....

The property is nice. Smaller than the pictures look. No in-suite laundry which is inconvenient. The carpets need to be cleaned as our socks and feet were BLACK after walking around the unit. I wish I had noticed that there is a $15 PER NIGHT fee to park, all the other places are free. Also, they charge if you ask to check-in early, which is just another “fee”. Would recommend overall but probably not stay here again.

Hotel is older and run down. It needs a lot of renovation. Our room smelled, had ants, and the A/C kept shutting off. We ended up leaving a day early.

Pros - nice pool area, suites are good size and stocked, when we had “neighbor” issues they were taken care of quickly. Grounds were clean. Trash bins and laundry service area were conveniently located. Winn Dixie within walking distance. Ice maker in freezer which was also nice to fill water bottles on our way out.
Cons - NO ELEVATOR! Be ready to drag luggage up OUTDOOR steps in potential rain. Furniture in rooms was dated, worn and the couch was horribly uncomfortable to sit on. Rooms will be updated soon which is great because they need it. I think once that happens this hotel will be much better aside from the stair situation.

This place required actual person on ID show in person in order to check in. Small parking lot is full. And you still have to pay 15 for parking and park 3 building away

Let's start with check in. The lady barley spoke English.
2nd the room was dirty with mold I took pics and put them up on Google
3rd the TV remote was broken and a lot of buttons didn't work
4th they claim they don't supply bedding for the pull out bed.
0/10 will probably never be back
Definitely not worth the price.
