coffee machine did not have proper filter. no help offered despite complaints.
there was no wifi at all and even phone internet stopped working.

This has been our 2nd stay at the Super 8. We luckily got a fresher room than last time, but the room was not perfectly clean. Allthough there is no carpet, the flooring was not clean at all. Socks and feet get black/dirty very fast.
We are not sure to stay here again. 50/50

Hotel in very poor condition, both the rooms and the common areas/facilities. Upon arrival, the completely unpleasant receptionist who did not even have the reception open, received you behind glass with an opening for minimal documentation. A complete disaster. Nothing to do with the photos. Counting on the fact that we paid for the buffet breakfast and he told us that they had not had this service for three years. We changed hotels 10 minutes after seeing the room and the bathroom, dirty and in poor condition, with signs of humidity. When informing the receptionist of the departure, he did not care completely.

The Rooms were not clean, the reception was not available, the bathroom had an issue, the AC was not working, and the deposit amount was not refunded yet.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Front desk attendant was rude, when we originally checked into our room, the door would not lock, and the low battery fire alarm was going off. When we asked to change rooms, attendant seemed annoyed. When he finally gave us a second room, there were roaches and mold all over the room. We immediately checked out and left. Never again will I stay in a super 8 after this experiencel.

All ice machines broken, and they have made no effort to get them fixed. Floors dirty, when you take your shoes off and walk on the floor the bottom of your feet is black.
