The room was decent, nothing special, but a good choice for a transit hotel, similar to a budget hotel in China. The front desk staff gave us cookies upon check-in, which was a nice touch, and water was available all day, which was great. It's much better than the 4000+ Universal Loews Portofino Bay Hotel (where lobby water is only available for five hours to push their $8 bottled water). There's a Starbucks and a small convenience store downstairs, and the airport shuttle bus runs every 15 minutes, making it quite convenient overall.

The hotel is conveniently located near the airport, with plenty of restaurants just a 2-minute drive away. The decor is quite old-fashioned, but the swimming pool is excellent! Parking costs around $20-something per night. I would definitely stay here again.

Dirty, room smelt like mould with clear signs of mould on window seal. Also was a flock of hair on the floor. Left hotel and they won’t even give full refund

Went with my partner for a weekend stay visiting family. We wanted to be closer to the airport, but also wanted a place with decent amenities. Unfortunately we found a large, live bug in the room. We killed it but it was right before bed so we had no alerted management because we had to get up in the morning. I’m giving the stay 3.5/5 stars cause it wasn’t bad but the bug definitely startled me.

This hotel is close to the airport, which was my main criteria for booking due to an early flight. The staff were very friendly and they even have a shuttle directly to the airport, which was a huge plus. Overall, a great experience. Definitely recommend it.

Very close to the airport with a shuttle bus service. However, you need to call the hotel's customer service or front desk to arrange airport pickup. Facilities: Very comprehensive.
