We had a great stay, rooms are not updated but they were comfortable and clean every day, Mattresses, pillows and bedding were very comfy. Daily breakfast was nice, I have had better experiences with this type of breakfasts but this one was good. Staff was super nice and attentive all the time. The overall atmosphere of the place was nice although their elevator was not looking good but I think they are working on some renovations, the lobby's carpet was being changed during our stay. Location was pretty good, close to dinners and entertainment places and 2 miles away from Universal Parks. I found out they have a third party company charging $20 for each day of parking once I was there and that was disappointing but I understand it wasn't the hotel's fault that my booking website hadn't displayed that info on the description. The overall experience was very good for the Value of the stay. Thank you!

Depends on the time period as to who runs the front desk. I asked for a wake up call, the night clerk said certainly, and the morning call never happened. Fortunately, I woke up at the time I needed to. In the entire building, only 1 elevator worked. My card to enter my room was janky, so I had to get it reset. At times, I had to keep trying until the card let me in the room, and yes the light flashes green, but it wouldn't unlock.

The location is very gd it’s facing Icon Park The room was clean which is the most important point Breakfast was like any breakfast in other hotels

Overall, I am quite satisfied. Since the hotel has been decorated for a long time, the elevator feels a bit old. The surrounding environment is very good, close to Icon Park, but not noisy, and close to the exhibition hall.

Booked a hotel when visiting Universal Studios. It's about $8 by taxi for 10 minutes to Universal Studios. The decoration is old, like a three-star hotel in China 20 years ago, but the room is very spacious and clean. There is no drinking water, but there is a vending machine on the floor. There is free breakfast, but the variety is very simple, only bread, cake, waffles, etc., but it's OK to fill your stomach, but why do you want a bicycle when the hotel is this price? Recommended!
