Easy check in, the front desk girl was very helpful. I was a little worried after reading some reviews. But our room was clean and did not stink. Everything was good. Breakfast is just a grab and go breakfast, so just coffee and muffins. I would stay here again with my family.

The room was nice but a little stale smelling and needed an open window when we first arrived. Requesting kitchen stuff (just dishes, utensils, cups no pots or pans) was troublesome; an employee had to quickly hand wash what the hotel had left to be able to give us. The offered limited breakfast of coffee, oatmeal, muffins etc, was not stocked the entire time of our stay and we ended up getting Starbucks from down the street.
All of the employees were very kind, gracious, thoughtful and gave no issues. But it felt like the management or how many employees are on staff at one time was lacking.
Again, every employee we encountered went above and beyond and were incredible. But the management and infrastructure being able to achieve everything the hotel offered was lacking. It's not an employee issue at all.

Carpet was dirty, room smelled like cigarette, bathtub shower was not working, front desk was not nice, breakfast was just a coffee and a small bread the first day and then the other day no bread at all, noisy, keys didn’t work to enter inside the room, called the front desk several times to resolve my bathroom problem and she didn’t answered until the 6 times.

Everything was poor service. Starting with the terrible smell the room had. The chairs had mold, the microwave didn’t work. I informed two different front desk people about the microwave and no one did anything about it. The “breakfast” they promise it’s not really breakfast. They only offer coffe, granola bars, and muffins. That’s a snack if anyone asks me. The windows didn’t open. The sofa-bed was extremely dirty. No one could use that if they wanted too. And lastly, you have to ask for any kitchen supplies if you need them, if you don’t ask on time then you might get what you need. I sure won’t be back to this place.

Supposed to be a non smoking room, room stunk of air freshener covering up smoke smell. Cigarette burns on light switches, A/C unit made horrible rattling noise every time it came on, front panel of a/c unit fell off, middle of shower knob to afjust temp fell off and wouldn’t stay on, Luke warm no hot water ever, bathroom sink had mold under lip of counter, box spring was sagging on floor, closet shelves were falling out of wall. GM for hotel blatantly ignored me at desk for almost ten minutes . Still advertising hot breakfast, only serving grab and go breakfast. Even at that an hour before it ended there was no food left!! There are too many other hotels in this area STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!

The lobby requires renovation and a fresh coat of paint. The quality of the Breakfast needs improvement, but overall, the hotel offers excellent amenities at an affordable price.
