Hilton Vacation Club Grande Villas Orlando

Everything was great: the hotel, the location, all the amenities were there, a pool, shops, ping pong, golf, etc. However, the guy at the reception desk was unfriendly, explained nothing, and couldn't properly answer questions when asked. He was arrogant.

The hotel claims to have opened in 2021, which is practically a scam. The hotel's facilities are outdated, with decor and amenities reminiscent of the 1990s. I took a picture of the restaurant lights, which looked like kerosene lamps. The carpet was filthy, and the rooms had a very eerie atmosphere, like a crime scene. Compared to the Marriott I've stayed at before, there wasn't enough tableware. Overall, the experience was terrible.

A very good experience! The suite is spectacular, spacious, clean, and has everything you could want. The only downside is that cleaning is only included if your stay is longer than 8 days and it's the fourth day. The pool is lovely, and the bar/drugstore is very good. Highly recommended!

The location was perfect for us. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious. We would definitely come back.

It's great value for money, has a good location, and you can do laundry and cook there. It's fantastic!
