If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed or emotionally drained, spending a few days here is the best kind of escape. We stay at this hotel every time we go to Orlando as it’s near the Universal Studios parks. The staff is friendly and helpful and the hotel is good. The only downside is that it doesn’t have the daylight in the rooms due to it’s structure, otherwise it’s good quality for money.

Loves the room set up with a whole separate living area from the bedroom. Only spent one night so not much time to relax as we were in late and out early. Overall the location and room layout was great

Perfect stay for us.. Great location, clean.. warning, no elevators, so may need to carry luggage up and down stairs.. but small inconvenience for great location.. I would recommend this hotel.

I figured my room would be like the picture with the small sofa- it was your standard room with 2 queen beds. Wish that it would have clarified that not all rooms have the sofa .

Great spot for Universal

The price-performance ratio is relatively high, but the air conditioning doesn't work for heating, and it gets quite cold after the weather cools down, similar to a motel. However, the location is convenient for getting to Universal Studios.

The air conditioning and heating were broken. I contacted the front desk for two days in a row, but they couldn't solve the problem. I changed rooms, but the heating was still broken. Even with a quilt, a blanket, and my down jacket, I was still freezing at night.

Overall, it was just okay. The pictures are misleading; the facilities are quite old and have a strong odor. It felt a bit dirty, so I wouldn't choose it again. There's a free bus to Universal Studios; however, it's not frequent. A taxi would cost around $10.

Everything was great... except the shower and sink faucets were very loose... there wasn't enough lighting on the table used for breakfast and/or dinner... friendly and helpful staff... excellent location and cleanliness
