I originally chose the hotel across the street and somehow accidentally chose the Palms. Same price different hotel altogether. Main AC must have been broken doors open to lobby and another side door broken off the hinges. Our room was decent and our ac did work. No breakfast. Our room was not what we ordered but the staff did work with us and got us what we needed.

Great room and service. Carpet floors are wet however. Wish they had breakfast included.

While the staff was very helpful & accommodating & the property looked clean, I was met with about 4 cockroaches in the bathroom throughout my 1-night stay. When I showed photos I took of the roaches to the Front Desk Agent at checkout, I was told I needed to file a complaint with Orbitz first before being compensated, because I booked through them.

Close to Florida Mall with Lynx Bus stop right in front of property so easy access for people with no car from airport and to International Drive and Premium Outlet etc.

I stayed at the Orlando palms hotel because I needed a last minute place to stay as my flight got pushed til the following day. Very affordable and super convenient location, about a 10 minute ride to the airport. They were also super accommodating about me checking in pretty late. The ladies at the front desk were so friendly and helpful. The room itself and amenities were a bit outdated, but perfectly okay. Great deal and great experience!

We were very thankful to have a room to go to after a fun filled day at one of the parks. When we arrived in the room it was so moldy stinky and the carpet was damp. We had to spray perfume to remain and this definitely changed the experience. We could not allow the toddler off the bed to play. The staff was pleasant upon our arrival and the lobby looked clean
