The room is lovely, everything is clean, everyone is friendly. The major problem is that very few staff (and I mean only one fluently and another couple basics only) speak or understand English. None of the signage is available in English. Thank goodness for Google translate. I don’t know how they’re going to cope with 40 or more English speakers over the next 3 weeks. Also, I have paid for full board that includes wine with lunch and dinner but you’re not allowed to take anything out of the restaurant. So on day 1 I’m leaving after dinner with a glass of wine, intending to drink it in one of the seating areas and read my book but I was stopped. What is the difference to them if I drink it in the restaurant or elsewhere?

our second visit,just as good as the first.staff amazing,food and entertainment,excellent. loved or suite.views brilliant,and flowers every where,just beautiful.the beach is on the doorstep,and the other beach in townis so very pretty. go up the hill and take in the fantastic view of the bay and harbour

The best hotel experience I had while traveling in Spain. Their rooms are Spacious suites with fabulous views of the Mediterranean as well as the city. Since you have half or full pensions, their food is a plentiful offering with delicious foods, salads and deserts to pamper everyone. Pool and the activities director will keep you busy while enjoying the sun and the pleasant breeze.

Fantastic trip with friends. All hotel staff have been very friendly and professional. The hotel is charming and the food is very good and the room is nice and comfortable. I highly recommend it. I can't say anything negative
