When we arrived the staff at the reception were very unfriendly. We immediately got the impression that because we had used *********** to make the reservation, that this was negative in this place. We then (in our opinion) were given the worst possible room in the entire hotel. We had to pay extra for the club and even the beach towels cost per day. With all the extra costs this hotel is just not worthwhile. The photos on the hotel website of the rooms, pool, beach etc. are all altered with Photoshop. The hotel is just massively big. They have busloads of people arriving (tour groups). The walk to the room is literally more than 500 meters (pushing your heavy luggage in the heat) from the reception. The staff gives you a map of the hotel, but not of the surroundings. There is very little covered parking to park your car. The car park is an empty field. In the heat of the sun. The absolute horror for us was the dining room and the food. AWFUL The dining room is HUGE and full of screaming kids, with crowds of people. We could not get over the noise level and the greedy PIRANHAS surrounding us. People fill up their plates with enormous amounts of food. The food waste in this hotel must be enormous. Pool is lovely and big, however there is NO shade, especially around the children's pool. There are umbrellas and sun loungers. The large pool has 2 entrances only on one side. On the other side it is difficult to get out of the water on the pool edge. Speaking English here is a problem. The staff do not speak any english. We were so unhappy we decided to leave early. They have made no attempt to refund us. Lodged a complaint with ***********

A dreadful hotel from beginning to end! Terrible breakfast, of the worst possible quality! Enormous, poorly maintained hotel, rooms with dirty and old sheets. The exterior, garden, and common outdoor areas may be well-kept, but the interior of the facilities is completely outdated, both in the rooms and throughout the hotel. The concierge team at the reception was rude and disrespectful to the customers. An additional mandatory fee was charged for the use of common areas in the hotel, such as pools and the beach. A terrible experience!

We have just returned from a week’s All Inclusive holiday at this hotel. Firstly, we cannot understand some of the negative reviews about this Hotel. The food was amazing with a huge variety of hot and cold dishes. The Staff went out of their way to help, particularly, Maria on Reception, Mattiu and Patrick from the Entertainment Team. We were disappointed by the beach as the sea**** was being extracted by a digger and swimming in the sea was not an option. As a lot of reviews have mentioned the Entertainment being mainly for children, we agree that more Adult entertainment should be geared for Adults. There was no charge to use the swimming pool or beach. Cash is not accepted. A pre paid card is issued and one can add Euros to card. If there are Euros left on the card at end of holiday, balance is refunded along with the 5 Euro deposit. We were all Inclusive - it may be different for holiday guests who aren’t. The Hotel is remote, but there is a free bus to Budoni which stops outside the Hotel. There is also a pay bus about 3 metres from Hotel which takes you to various locations.

We stayed 10 days with our little boy of 10 months. Location is great to access all local beaches although you need a car or you can stay at the hotel’s beach. There’s also plenty to do at the swimming pools. Food is great too, lots of choice. Best is the staff. Special thanks to Giusy, Giada T and Marina ❤️

Huge resort very well maintained with a nice garden. Beautiful beach which goes steep into water so not adapted to kids. Many hidden costs like it is mandatory to join the 'club' (Tessera) for 10€/d/perso just to use the pool and private beach. Nevers saw that anywhere else . Beach towels are charged. Noisy restaurant. Average club food. Avoid

Everything is good, great location, beach, and swimming pool. Nice buildings, comfortable rooms, clean and well-maintained resort. In the restaurant the cuisine is good and reach. The transfer from airport to hotel is well organized. I would recommend this resort, especially for people with children.

The good: Big swimming pool, nice park. The beach is ok, with large grained sand. There is a hill, so you will not see your children in the water from the sun bed. And the water is also very deep after a few meters. Not recommended for small children. The bad: At check-in, you must pay the tourist tax, AND the "club tax" to get access to the swimming pool and the beach, 75 EUR per. person per week! This was never mentioned at the hotel pages, or at *********** during booking. You will not get any help to drag your suitcases to your room, that can be far away from the reception. You will also need to pay a deposit and charge a "payment card" that you will use for your stay. Forget cash or bank card, you can only pay with their own card anywhere in the hotel area. The ugly: Prepare to live in a totally isolated hotel area. There is a very small town a few kilometers away, but there is not much to see there. You will have no option to buy anything from shops of any kind. There simply is no shops in the hotel area. You are stuck to buy any beer or soda in bottles at the bar, at very high prices. Snacks? It does not exist, except for small bags with Doritos, in the bar. For tourists like us, used to Spain or Greece vacations, this is nothing like it. No promenades with shops and restaurants, some call it "tourist machines" , but I missed it a lot here in this deserted place. We only had a room with breakfast included, not so happy for that. Firstly there is a very big and very noisy room for all meals. I asked for bread, but got the answer "no bread for breakfast here". That is maybe normal for Italians, but not for Nordic people. We were stuck with some small rolls in stead of bread. The worst was that we were stuck to pay for dinner at 40 EUR pr. person, and it was not even a good meal, almost no meat. You got the house wine and beer from a dispenser in this price, but children get only water. Soda must be paid extra for at the bar. So if you like me have a child that eat only a small portion of pommes frites or pasta for dinner, that is a very high price for it. There is no "children menu" at reduced price. WiFi? There is good signals almost everywhere, but what does it help, if the internet speed is 2-3 Kb/s (not Mb/s) . Absolutely useless WiFi. It never worked, not even at the reception. 3G or 4G? we were lucky that we had a 4G signal from our room. At many rooms, or even at the reception, there was no 3G /4G signals. So prepare for a stay with very limited internet. We left early, on the 4th day instead of 7th day that we paid for in advance. Refund for shorter stay? No refund. They will make good extra money for people that leave earlier than expected. Almost only Italian people come to this place, very few from the staff can speak some English. The word "Honey trap" comes to my mind..

The GOOD: The hotel looks beautiful in the photos and the reality is not far from it. Pool is big and great with a designated special for the little ones, there are playing grounds for children, and lots of green space around it. The hotel is also close to the beach, but wouldn't recommend it for families with small children as the water gets deep very quickly. To NOTE: this is a huge hotel, with almost 500 rooms and during peak time season, it will get extremely crowded. The NOT SO GOOD: 1. From a cleanness standpoint, rooms are cleaned to a reasonable level: towels are changed and beds are made every day, but not much thoroughness in terms of vacuuming. 2. Rooms are ok, but not 4*, with a lot of its utilities very old. Our shower was leaking significantly and the electric plugs were very old. 3. Although we mentioned on the reservation that we would be coming with a toddler, we were allocated the strangest room with the door right in front of a ramp - major Health & Safety issue, as there were several occasions our child or us could get hurt so had to be extra careful. We raised this with the reception but were told nothing can be done as the hotel was at full operation. 4. Hotel charges extra for the use of the pool and the amenities, which in fairness they mention on their own website, but if you book from anywhere else, this is not advertised. However, this is ridiculous and unheard of in any other hotels I went to - they could simply add it to the room charge. After all, this is a beach hotel, you expect to be able to use these facilities. The WORST for us - overall services are not great: 1.MOST HOTEL STAFF DO NOT SPEAK ANY OTHER LANGUAGE THAN ITALIAN, at least people we interacted with in the reception, restaurant or bar. I appreciate that when you go to a foreign country you have to expect to a certain degree that you will need to make efforts to speak the local language, however, the staff makes little or no efforts to help. When I wanted to ask the reception about my check-out, I was rudely dismissed to another colleague who could understand English, but had to wait 20 mins for that colleague to become available. All the useful information around the hotel or in the room are in Italian only. 2.restaurant services – THE EXPECTATIONS FOR DELICIOUS ITALIAN FOOD ARE SIMPLY NOT MET. Same dull breakfast every day, dinner is more varied, but would not recommend the grill (meat is not done properly). The restaurant outside surroundings are really nice, but this is a hotel to feed the masses, not to deliver quality. Noticed lots of food is wasted as a resulted. Although dinner is served by 9.30pm, you will not get anything but desert by 9pm. PLUS, there is this ridiculous rule that you find out only when you first sit at a table that each table is reserved to a specific room. You need to find a table that is not assigned to anyone else, otherwise you risk getting rudely told off. 3. if you want to order/buy anything in the hotel you

One of the worst Hotels ever - do NOT stay! To name but a few things.. They ask for money on arrival! Even though we booked 'Full Board' through On The Beach, the Hotel makes you pay an additional Eur10 each per day to use the premises - that added Eur 210 for just one week! You cannot not pay this. They also make you pay Eur 2.50 each per day for beach towels - irrelevant if you use them or not. That's another Eur 43.00 Coffee is so bad, i had to switch to tea - and i am an avid coffee drinker Food is almost inedible - and is also always the same Staff, especially restaurant staff, are very rude to each other. Senior staff treat the junior ones very disrespectfully. Thankfully i speak Italian myself, as otherwise we would have been in more trouble. There is also nothing to do in the nearby area, so if weather is bad.. you are stuck! There are many other things i can say about this hotel, but the main message is DO NOT STAY!
