Such a lovely host at this hotel. We loved the suite, with the amazing jacuzzi, lounge space and the room which had a king-size bed and a single bed for our child. The breakfast was outstanding and the view over the city too. We'll be back!

Very beautiful hotel with helpful staff and delicious breakfast. The rooms are big and the location is just great with a castle view. Staff is very nice and helpful with everything. It was so comfortable to stay here, it almost felt like home.

Cute cave rooms, clean, private outdoor terraces with chairs and table and amazing view on Ortahisar castle. Plenty photos options on hotel property. Swimming pool is nice.

Hello everyone, I started working at Capp Royal Cave Hotel and Carol Restaurant on July 13, 2025. I worked until 2:30 AM on my first day. Then they hired me as a night receptionist. They didn't provide insurance. Due to some reasons, I told them I had to leave on July 23, 2025. Of course, we didn't even know about the insurance; it hadn't been done. The owner, Kemal Balta, had me create a food menu and gave me 1500 TL for it. His son, Serkan, also gave me a 2500 TL advance on July 24, 2025. I have a 9000 TL payment due from the hotel, and on the phone, he's saying he gave me 25,000 TL and that he'll prove it with false witnesses. This hotel was a disappointment. May the 9000 TL be a charitable donation from me. May God forgive me for my hard work. If you're considering staying here, think twice.
