The hotel was very clean. Despite a limited number of staff, they all tried their best and were attentive. The hotel itself is quite large and luxurious. My family and I stayed for one night, specifically to use the pool. The pool area, sun loungers, and towels were all clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Dinner was not included in our stay, but we opted to pay extra for the buffet. There was a sufficient variety of dishes, but the food was quite bland. Some dishes were tasty, others less so. Personally, I didn't feel the dinner offered good value for money. The breakfast, however, was much better than dinner. There was plenty of variety and it was delicious! 👍🏼 There's also an indoor pool. However, during our visit, while we were swimming one day, staff suddenly appeared and unceremoniously made everyone leave, citing urgent maintenance work. This maintenance wasn't completed even by the following day. The outdoor pool gets very cold in the afternoon as it falls into the hotel's shadow, making it especially unsuitable for children.

I had an absolutely exceptional stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the welcome was warm and professional. The staff were incredibly attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. The rooms are modern, spotlessly clean, and tastefully decorated. The bed was incredibly comfortable. Breakfast was a real feast, featuring fresh produce and beautiful attention to detail. The spa and pool are perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The location is ideal for exploring Göreme, the valleys, and historical sites. The hotel also arranges activities like hot air balloon rides or guided tours. In summary: high-end service in a magical setting. I wholeheartedly recommend it!
