Hibe Dede Hotel Cappadocia

This is a guesthouse. The rooms are private, but the bathroom is shared. It's quite affordable. My room had a balcony where I could smoke, which was a nice bonus. Eating options nearby aren't very convenient, but I chose to stay here because the private rooms are inexpensive.

At first, I was not going to stay here because the price was too cheap and I was afraid of having problems. But what I got was worth more than the price. There was a kitchen for cooking and a washing machine. I stayed here by bicycle. The day I stayed, I was very lucky because the wind changed direction, causing the balloon to be released near the accommodation, about a hundred meters away. And this is the picture I took from the bedroom and rode my bicycle out to see.

Our boss, Ally, was incredibly kind. He arranged for us to go see the hot air balloons at the hotel where he worked in the morning, and later drove us to other attractions for free. We had a big lunch at his wife's restaurant as a way of expressing our gratitude.

It was fantastic! The accommodation was very clean, the room had great natural light, and there was a large living room and dining room. There was also underfloor heating in the winter. More importantly, the owner, Ali, speaks some Chinese and even took us to see hot air balloons. He's incredibly kind, and his wife's restaurant is also delicious. We've become good friends.

If your accommodation doesn't have to be in Goreme City, this is the perfect place to stay. It's quiet, peaceful, clean, and comfortable. The owner and manager are both friendly and responsive to all your requests. The service is second to none.
