Beautiful high end hotel in the centre of the town. Spotless and so comfy surrounded by quality. The staff are so professional and helpful. And the food in the Bistro is amazing so much so we ate there a few nights. So chilled and relaxing in the spa after a days skiing, and they’re extending the Spa so anyone going this summer is in for a treat. They also have a shuttle to the gondola and town to run you about. Would highly recommend.

I can’t say enough good things about this hotel, and the staff. I am very particular when it comes to hotels and I literally have nothing negative to say about the Planlim. I was supposed to stay for three nights, but ended up extending for a fourth. The staff is such an amazing highlight. They are absolutely exceptional, and so helpful in terms of planning everything. From ski adventures to restaurants. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. I loved the breakfast, the spa and the hot tub, the view from the room- and how clean and new everything felt. Cesar the driver will take you anywhere you need to go in town- and be there to pick you back up in minutes.

This review is very overdue! My husband and I stayed at the property at the beginning of September and absolutely loved it. Everything is very well appointed and the property is very comfortable and relaxing. The rooms are a nice size and we loved their breakfast each morning. The only thing we would say is to have the hot tub open in the morning :-) Really loved our stay and have recommended it to several friends already.

We spent 5 days at this beautiful family run hotel and everything was perfect. Lovely quiet room with very comfortable bed and balcony with beautiful views over the garden and mountains. Everything was spotlessly clean The location was perfect - a short walk to the centre and lifts and still very quiet We enjoyed the pool, sauna and rooftop terrace after a long day walking. Food was wonderful - an excellent choice at breakfast and Bistro Lim’s. Above all, the owners and staff were so helpful and welcoming. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Ortisei. Thank you!

Exceptional hotel in every aspect. It was quiet,pretty views, has excellent customer service , delicious food and a spa. Very relaxing. We travel 4 countries in Europe in 30 days and this was pur favorite place. You can walk to Secada and Alpin De Suisi gondolas also.

This was definitely one of the best hotels we stayed during our trips around the world: attentive stuff to every wish, excellent breakfast, spacious room and much more!
