The hotel is very nice! Great location, with free private parking. The breakfast is delicious and varied, but there's a lack of hot options (like scrambled eggs, bacon/sausage/beans). The only hot option is a boiled egg. Yes, the interior is quite old-fashioned, but I find that charming: it's like being in an old TV series from the 80s-90s or visiting grandma 😁 I felt cozy. The photos of the room were taken at night, but in person it's much nicer. The cleanliness is impeccable. A full set of towels is provided – white, fluffy, and soft. There's also a separate, huge bath towel – thank you for that little touch! The room has a balcony with a wonderful view, a table, and sun loungers. In short, despite the old-fashioned look, the hotel maintains its reputation. It's comfortable and cozy. We enjoyed our stay.

Super friendly staff, good amenities, heated pool and free sauna. They offer a bus pass to travel around the village.

Although it is about 2 kilometers away from the center of Ortisei town, there is a local bus stop across the road from the hotel, so transportation is convenient. The hotel will give you a 7-day bus ticket when you check in. The surroundings are very quiet. Although the room facilities are a bit old, it is generally clean. The room is large and has a hair dryer, toiletries and towels. The only problem is that some rooms cannot be used with 3-round-head Italian plugs, and can only use European 2-round-head plugs, so please note. The breakfast is rich in variety and the hotel staff are very warm and friendly. I will choose this hotel again next time.

The hotel is quite old and has no air conditioning. You can sleep with the windows open in summer. It is not uncomfortable for people with colds without air conditioning. You need to take a car to go to the center of the town. There is no road to drag luggage on the roadside. Cars come and go. You can take a bus to get there.

The hotel is very nice, with beautiful environment. You can see beautiful scenery from the balcony. The transportation is convenient. There are shuttle buses to the Mount Hughes Cable Car Station and the Blade Mountain Cable Car Station at the door. The breakfast is very rich and the hot water is very good. The room was clean and tidy every day.
