The host was welcoming. It is a very clean, safe and conveniently located. The mattress could have been a bit more comfortable and 2 more pillows would have been appreciated. The entry way from the street needs to be better lighted. All in all, we had an enjoyable stay. The directions and access instructions and mechanisms were perfect. Thank you.

Nice, clean apartment This apartment was great for my husband and I when we visited Orvieta. It is centrally located close to town and was very clean. The host, Paola, was very responsive & provided clear instructions on how to access the apartment.

Excellent location The apartment was in an excellent location and met our needs very well with the exception of the kitchen, which had only a 2-burner induction cooktop, coffee maker, refrigerator, and a traditional toaster (no microwave or oven). Paola was very responsive and helpful--we felt that we were in good hands. We parked at the structure on Via Roma, which was easy to find and use, and a reasonable walking distance to the apartment. We enjoyed our stay.

Ideal location close to the centre Smart, clean, quiet property very close to the centre. Excellent communication from the host, easy check-in/out process. Shampoo/shower gel and hairdryer a nice touch when travelling light. Car park not far away (chargeable) to abandon the hire car and not risk the narrow streets! Orvieto is a beautiful town, well worth a visit.

Love Orvieto Met Paola and her husband, both very sweet and welcoming. Their place is lovely and very clean. I liked the amenities: coffee, tea, hot plate, plenty of towels and a nice garden to sit in. Location was quiet and easy walking to all the sights.
