What a quaint little place. The hosts are so nice and accommodating. Very clean and a fantastic cappuccino for breakfast. Breakfast, parkland wifi included. It was a quick walk into the old town which was very charming. Would definitely recommend!

We had such a great time here! Orvieto is beautiful and we enjoyed so much our 2 night stay here. We had the small balcony out front and we sure used it. The days were so beautiful and we sat and had wine and enjoyed the countryside. The breakfasts were totally awesome and both Rosa and Isabella were delightful. Would definitely stay again

While it was hard to find at first, we did locate the property and found it to be very nice with a friendly staff that was quite helpful. We could walk to Orvieto from the B&B and our stay was quite pleasant.

It's hard reviewing a $60/night place. I had low expectations (although some of the reviews suggested something more) at that level but was looking for inexpensive spot because I was traveling solo and wasn't going to spend anytime in the room other than to sleep. Adequate for that purpose. Clean. And friendly. Rosana went out of her way to explain the town and was quite helpful. Note that it is located in a triangle between two streets, so you can get some traffic noise although not too much traffic at night, and nothing a white noise app can't handle. I had higher hopes for breakfast but it was very basic, with the hostess serving a piece of breakfast sweet tart, a slice or two of bread, cheese and ham, softboiled egg and a small thing of yogurt. And coffee to order. I left hungry. Perhaps I should've asked for more but nothing was offered, and I didnt want to be pushy.

Extremely friendly owners, enjoyable to be with. While 15 minutes away from attractions, an up hill climb.

A treasure of Orvieto! Fantastic location, very nice, clean, private rooms and a wonderful breakfast. The best part was the service, the conversations the friendliness of Rosanna and her husband and staff. We cannot imagine a better place to stay. A gem!

Beautiful B&B 10-15min walk from the centre of Orvieto. The hosts were super nice and welcoming! They even gave us a ride to the station which was very kind.

Excellent place for visiting Orvieto

Very friendly and outgoing owners. Comfortable with beautiful views. Close to town. We were not able to visit some of the town as it was a Sunday morning, however we thoroughly enjoyed our short stay and will definitely be back to see more of this beautiful area.
