Convenient location, clean and comfortable, excellent value for money!
Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay at Nihonbashi Crystal Hotel!
* **Location:** Within walking distance of Namba and Nihonbashi stations. There are many restaurants and convenience stores nearby, making it very easy to get to Kuromon Market and Shinsekai.
* **Room:** Although not large, it was very clean and tidy. The bed was comfortable, and the facilities were well-maintained.
* **Service:** The front desk staff were friendly, and check-in and check-out were very smooth. Even with limited language skills, they tried their best to help.
* **Amenities:** There's a free drink machine in the lobby, which is a thoughtful touch. The hotel overall is quiet, so I slept very well at night.
* **Price:** For a location like this in Osaka, the room rate is truly a bargain – extremely good value for money.

I found a hotel conveniently located near Namba and Shinsaibashi. The most direct subway exit is Nihonbashi Exit 7, and there are plenty of 24-hour convenience stores right downstairs. At night, while some noise was audible, it was generally quiet most of the time. The corridors are brightly lit. The room is compact but equipped with all essential facilities. The TV worked perfectly, the bathroom mirror is generously sized, and hot water comes out instantly. Service was good; you could easily pick up anything you needed from downstairs, and luggage storage was also available. (Overall, it was a very good stay, though a minor point would be some slight wall stains and the room genuinely being quite small).

We had such a nice stay here, we extended it (but on a different app). Great location in the heart of jazz clubs and easy walking distance to the Dotonbori hub, with lots of late night eating and drinking options close by. Breakfast has a really good range of Western and Japanese options, with cooked food changing daily. Be warned though, we had to contact Trip.com on check in. When they take your passport, they want to scan it to their system PERMANENTLY, which is an obvious breach of data safety protocols, and there’s no apparent reason for them to keep your data forever. After a hour of discussion, late at night, we finally sorted this out by having a photocopy stored instead (which we suggested in the first 2 mins of arrival) but it seemed they only did this because we were asking for a cancellation. It was a really unfirtunate start to an, otherwise, lovely stay. Mostly it was all terrific though, with great personal items and tea and coffee supplied. Rooms are very compact, very quiet and our last night was booked on a different app which was a bit overpriced, but all up, a great little stay with very kind staff.

The room was clean, and having a separate bath and toilet made for a comfortable stay. It's a bit of a walk from the station, but that also means it's quiet and peaceful. Although there's a window, you can't see outside, and no natural light comes in, so the room only brightens with artificial light. This was a slight drawback for me, as I prefer to wake up with sunlight. However, overall it was excellent, and I would definitely stay here again.

Great! The room is fully equipped. I chose this place because it had the biggest bed for this price range within a 500-mile radius, and I'm very satisfied. I'll definitely stay at this apartment hotel again next time I'm in Osaka. It has a fridge, gas stove, shoe cabinet, and more.
The staffs are all decent and freindly despite they cannot speak english very well. My room is a little bit disappointed. I booked a single room with some request for the view, however, I got the room on the fifth floor with a blind window. In addition, my room have a pillar block space on the corner. This make the room even smaller than I thought. Overall, I do not recommend a single room on the fifth floor.

The room was exceptionally small. My 28-inch suitcase, when laid flat, practically filled all the available floor space. Despite its compact size, it was well-equipped and had all the essentials. Location-wise, it's about a 14-minute walk to the subway station and a ten-to-fifteen-minute walk to Shinsaibashi, offering a quiet haven amidst the city's hustle and bustle. The cleanliness was decent. The front desk staff were Indian, and there were no Chinese-speaking staff available at the time.

GGuest UserIt is strongly recommended for students and other people who skip meals to stay.
It is only a few steps away from Kintetsu Nihonbashi Station and Lawson is nearby, which is very convenient.
The room was very clean and I was satisfied after two days of staying.
I thought the shampoo in the hotel would make my hair squeaky, but the shampoo in this hotel was very good because it became smooth.
XXiatiaobumaiA very standard Japanese hotel, the room is very small but clean. It may be the autumn leaves season, the price of 1300 is a bit expensive. There is almost nothing within a 5-minute walk around the hotel. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to Tennoji subway station, which is quite busy. The transportation is quite convenient, and the price range of 400-600 is more suitable
