The room was super clean and hygienic. I stayed on the 18th floor, the highest floor, with a bird's eye view of Osaka city. The hotel service details are great. Toothbrushes and tea bags are provided free of charge. After 9 pm, there are free tea and soup rice for you to try. Don Quixote, Matsumoto Kiyoshi, restaurants are nearby the hotel, and the subway station is also downstairs. The hotel front desk can help you book a taxi.

The location is excellent, right next to three shopping malls: Namba City, Namba Parks, and Takashimaya, which is easily accessible through Namba City – super convenient for shopping! Nankai Electric Railway is right outside, and Shinsaibashi is just a 10-minute walk away. The breakfast is clean, hygienic, and offers a wide variety of dishes. They even provide a late-night snack service from 7 PM to 9:30 PM. A small detail worth mentioning is the electronic scale in the hotel lobby, so no worries about overweight luggage when heading home. Despite such a prime location, the rooms are quite spacious, and the separate wet and dry areas in the bathroom are a big selling point. Plus, they use POLA toiletries, which I really appreciate. Highly recommend this place!
