The hotel is quite nice. There is a coin vending machinein the lobby that's convenient. However the young staff seemed undertrained and unable to handle simple tasks. His manner of speaking was rude.

Cool place, not very far from the city centre, convenient transport. Not a lot to do around the neighbourhood though. Staff was kind, room was small but good for that pricepoint. Would come again.

The location is near shin imamiya station and shinsekai. For the nearest convenience store is lawson (quite big). The room is clean and very good for solo travel.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Fast response thru email. Hotel is in a nice location. Near to Shin Imamiya Train station, Tsutenkaku Tower, Shinsekai Market and Mega Don Quijote.

The first time i stayed was good. After taking awhile to get to the hotel I could checked in early. But for the second timeI regret coming back. The staff were very strict when it comes to checking policies. Hotel is next to a busy street and it doesn't feel safe.

This hotel was well-located, not too far from the train station. The welcome was very pleasant, and the cleaning service left a bag of towels, trash bags, and toothbrushes every day. It's a shame the air conditioning smelled a bit, but otherwise, it's a 7.5/10.
