I arrived at 10:30. It was sunny so everything looked really nice! The staff is so kind and gave me the room right away so was even more impressed. The hallway is lined with carpet, but doesn’t smell stuffy. The room is spacious and well design. I love that they have a little lounge area by the bed. The room doesn’t have a bathtub, but I find it really nice because lately I have been very skeptical and a little bit scared to use Hotel’s bathtub so I think taking it out is good. The room even have steam iron. The glass that is provided in the room is good quality very thin. They have an espresso machine in the room as well, which is a nice touch. The location is a little bit off, but not that bad.

Convenient location, 1 station from Umeda and 2 stations away from Shinsaibashi - I normally walk back to hotel from Shinsaibashi after dinner which takes about 20mins. I like how the hotel is away from crowded areas and there’s a supermarket and convenient store 2mins away. Staff were nice and courteous.

The hotel is well located, its away from the noisy and busy area. And it is only 2-5 Metro stops away from most places of interest.

The room is spacious for Japan. It's also conveniently located, with a subway station not too far away.

Tucked away in CBD area so not much around area. There’s a Yoshinoya next door Wyatt a wide menu. And the underground station just a few min walk away near a Holly’s coffee place. There are a few Family Mart convenient stores in close proximity too. Room was cosy and thoughtfully furnished h bed was really comfy!Everything felt quite new too. Staff were friendly and conversant in English.
