You get all you need. Strategic location. If you don't mind walking a little further you can walk to Shinsaibashi shopping street. The ramen shop next to it is pretty good! The bathroom is a bit small and may be hard to turn around.

The room was decent, I was just grossed out when I found someone’s dirty socks that the cleaners failed to remove.

I stayed in two different rooms. The bathrooms were not very clean. There was pink residue around the bathtub and nearby spots.

Located in Osaka Honmachi, safety wasn't an issue, but the convenience factor was lacking. It's about a 7-8 minute walk to the nearest subway station. Shinsaibashi is only one stop away, or a 10-15 minute walk. While it's acceptable for shopping in areas like Shinsaibashi, if you frequently rely on public transport, you'll find yourself walking quite a bit. The room itself was smaller than anticipated. There wasn't enough space for two people to open their suitcases simultaneously, making it feel quite cramped. The bathroom was, without a doubt, the smallest I've ever encountered in any hotel. I'd always thought Hong Kong bathrooms were tiny, but this one in Osaka was akin to a train restroom. Both using the toilet and showering were incredibly inconvenient, and the shower water was never consistently hot. Room cleanliness was frankly very average. I'm not sure if it was because there was no window or another reason, but there was a persistent sour smell in the room upon entry. It only somewhat faded after the air conditioning had been running for a while. The smell was especially noticeable in the bathroom. The bed offered only mediocre comfort, and the sheets felt rather low quality. I'm not typically particular about hotel bedding, but this room left me feeling itchy all over, prompting me to constantly spray insect repellent. The only redeeming quality was the hotel staff's pleasant and helpful demeanor, and they did offer luggage storage.

Excellent transport links, and the place is clean and tidy. Convenient shopping centers with reasonable prices.

I was very pleased with this hotel during my Osaka trip. It was spotless and had a very convenient location.

The room was very clean, and the hotel's location is excellent. There are three major stores nearby, and a whole row of restaurants right downstairs, making dining incredibly convenient.

The hotel offered a great variety of food. The rooms were also very clean and quiet. It's conveniently located near a subway station. I would definitely stay here again.

This is not a very good experiences because all of things not clean.

The hotel is a bit of a walk from the subway station, and to make matters worse, the nearby station doesn't have an elevator, so you have to walk further to find an accessible entrance. This was quite inconvenient. On the plus side, downstairs there's a Tempura restaurant, Matsuya, McDonald's, a 7-Eleven, and a famous bakery. For a big McDonald's breakfast fan like me, this was quite convenient. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to Shinsaibashi and Dotonbori. The soundproofing is decent, except for the occasional scooter noise from outside the window. The hotel offers cleaning services, disposable slippers, and toothbrushes. The overall room space is pretty good for a Japanese hotel, and for two people, it offers decent value for money.

I had an extremely well time while staying at Hotel Sanriott. Staff is very nice and helpful. Room was good enough for one person, amenities and everything else was on the level. But the one thing that stands out here is location: hotel is located in walkable distance to Dotonbori and has metro stations close to it, which helps with moving around (it took me 25 minutes to get from hotel doors to Osaka castle). I shall recommend it to anyone searching for a place to stay in Osaka. Arigato gozaimasu!
