Hotel is nears main-trains, and near Donki. Good location with affordable budget

It's quite difficult to find accommodation for five people in Japan, so this place was a great find. The location is incredibly convenient, just a few minutes' walk from both the subway and JR stations. In the evenings, there are plenty of izakayas in the vicinity, offering delicious late-night snacks. The only minor drawback was the lack of space for luggage. However, watching the trains go by every day was surprisingly therapeutic. Another thoughtful touch was the luggage scale available in the lobby – incredibly convenient! There's also a Don Quijote (Shinsekai store) right next to the hotel, making shopping super convenient. It's really close, quite large, and stocked with an impressive variety of goods! One small suggestion for the management: please make sure to wipe down the bedside tables, as they tended to accumulate quite a bit of dust.

The hotel is just 2min walk from Nankai shin-imamiya station. After registration online, the hotel will email the gate and room password in advance. No check in nor check out procedure is required on-site. There are 1 twin bed & 3 single beds for my family of 5. ,vacuum cleaner washing machine are provided. We usually prepared breakfast in room. Bathroom and toilet are separated which is a plus for us. The hotel area is a bit quiet at night but we still feel safe as it locates right next to another hotel and police station. This is a self serviced hotel, trash bags are provided and there is a trash collection place outside hotel. If you need help, you can contact hotel staff through the remote control machine at Hotel entrance. There is a local supermarket and family mart opposite to the hotel to grab some snacks or breakfast. For restaurant, you have to walk around 10 mins. We usually dine outside. If you are a JR lover, you may enjoy the balcony view with railways and JR passing by!It may have some noise at night and early morning, but still acceptable for us after closing the windows. We had a comfortable stay and highly recommend this place especially when you are travelling with family!

Perfect Budget Stay for Families and Friends! We had a fantastic experience at this budget-friendly hotel—ideal for group stays! It's conveniently located near train stations, with plenty of nearby amenities like convenience stores, a supermarket, and even a police station for added peace of mind. 🏠 The room was impressively equipped: a small kitchen where we cooked dinner, complete with free utensils, microwave, and refrigerator. There's a vending machine on the first floor for quick snacks, and a washing machine with a drying area on the veranda made laundry super easy. 🚿 The bathroom setup was great—separate bath and toilet, with complimentary soap, shampoo, and conditioner. Beds were very comfortable, ensuring a restful sleep after a long day of exploring. 🔧 Room for Improvement: Free Wi-Fi in the room would be a great if it’s working, good thing we can connect on other rooms’ net instead, and we noticed a few electric outlets weren’t working properly. Fixing these would make the stay even better. Another is if we can have a place to leave the garbage everyday or someone can pick it outside the room daily so it wouldn’t smell in the room specially if we stay for a long time. ✅Overall, a cozy and convenient place to stay—highly recommended for travelers looking for comfort, practicality, and value!

Linen are a bit old and not as fresh

Loved the location. It was near a Nankai, JR, and Metro station and an easy walk to Shinsekai. Please note that this is an unmanned hotel though. Pros: You do not beed to have multiple keycards since the doors can be opened with access codes. Perfect if your group has different plans for the day Cons: Since it is an unmanned hotel, you cannot ship your luggage to the hotel. Please take note of that if you plan to use the Yamato Service.

Clean and tidy. Self-served. Easy to access from JR EXIT West (no escalator) or Nankai Rail, 3 mins walk. Clean washroom. With pantry and washing machine that you can dry clothes at balcony or with the temperature control /dehumidifier at bathroom.

So comfortable

The location is really great. It's a 3-minute walk from Shin-Imamiya Station and about 7-8 minutes from the Zoo Station. It's very convenient for going to the airport and Namba. The hotel has an elevator and the room has a bathtub. It's clean and tidy. You can also store your luggage at the door. The only small drawback is that the floor is a bit thin. I don't know what's going on upstairs, so it feels a bit noisy.

The location is very convenient, just a two-minute walk from the JR station or the Nankai Railway. The Nankai Railway takes you to Namba in just one stop, no stairs required. It's incredibly convenient. The room is large enough for a family of four, but the table is a bit small, making it less than ideal for dining. The bathroom and toilet are separated by a dry/wet area, and there's a washing machine in the bathroom, so you can do your laundry daily and hang them out on the balcony to dry overnight. There's a small kitchen with basic utensils, so you can prepare a simple breakfast. There's a water dispenser in the lobby downstairs, so you can fill your room with water daily. There's also a shared area where you can enjoy your purchases in the lobby. Overall, I highly recommend staying here.
