This Japanese hotel is clean and quiet, with a simple yet comfortable decor. The room, though small, is fully functional. Its convenient location makes getting around easy. Overall, it was a great experience and offers good value for money. Self check-in was smooth.

Was clean, easy to check in, near to city centre.

Everything about the environment was great, except the AC heating wasn't very good. Other than that, the hotel was very clean and the location was excellent. Turn right out of the hotel and it's just a few minutes' walk to the subway station, which is only one stop from Namba. I was there for a concert, and it was also just one stop from the Kyocera Dome, which was incredibly convenient. If I had any questions, the host replied to emails very promptly. My hairdryer broke in my room, and when I told the host, she immediately took care of it and brought a new one the very next day.

First time staying here and I found it really convenient! I'd definitely consider staying again if I'm back in the area. The room size was decent; it wasn't particularly small by Japanese standards. The airport bus stop wasn't far, and the subway was also easily accessible.

If you’re a solo traveller and don’t mind a few scratches on the wall, this hotel is perfect for you. It’s very convenient—just a 5-minute walk to the lift down to the MRT station. The bed and room are surprisingly big and comfortable for Osaka standards. Also, the neighbourhood is quite lively and welcoming, with some interesting spots nearby if you’re looking to explore the local scene in the evening 😉

Nice room, really clean. Checkin online bcs there was no staff standby on reception

Only real downside is that there is never any staff around, everything is automated.

It's very near the train station and very easy to navigate to it. The hotel is clean and provided all basic necessities.

It was super clean but the space is quite small. We’re okay cause we were out for most of the time.
