Great family-friendly room—clean, spacious, and comfortable. Located very close to the Shin-Imamiya/Dobutsuen-Mae Station, making travel easy and convenient. Highly recommended.

This is an apartment, and its location near the subway station is quite convenient. The room is new and super spacious; it's truly amazing to find such a large room in Japan. I had a bit of a mix-up: I arrived early and, after checking in, wasn't sure if I could go into the room. I called to ask, but the conversation was in English. Although the person on the other end tried hard to speak slowly, I still couldn't understand. Then, once I got into the room, I couldn't find the Wi-Fi password, which took me a while to figure out. A tip for everyone: it's written on the back of the air purifier. Next to us are Tsutenkaku Tower and a resort hotel, and that lawn practically feels like it belongs to our hotel, hahaha.

Big rooms easy access to shinsekai. Train station nearby 4mins by foot

Close to the subway station, and there's a Mega Don Quijote nearby, so you can shop whenever you want. The convenience store is just around the corner. The room is spacious, the pillows and mattress are excellent, the environment is comfortable, and the room is fully equipped, with a washing machine which is super convenient.

This hotel is perfect for family travellers. They have perfect amenities, microwave, cooker with utensil, washing machine, dryer. Very sparkling clean im amazed. Washing machine comes with detergent and you can get free new refill. Location is also the best very near to train station. You can store your bag before and after check in or of you have short trip to another perfecture and will coming back. Self check in and check out is easy, just make sure you fill the details when they send you mail. Location also near to tennoji zoo, Tsutenkaku. Family mart and lawson also nearby. Super love this hotel and will come back again

The room was generally clean and the location was excellent. The downside was that our room was on the second floor, and next to the French window was a vent. When the vent was open for ventilation, we could hear people chatting downstairs all night, which was quite noisy. When the vent was closed, the operating noise was very loud.

This hotel was incredibly Clean I loved was self done and how simple it was for foreigners. The hotel room was spacious. The balcony was actually very very good. The kitchen was accessible. The bathroom was clean. The toilets were clean and warm. The bedding and the cushions are really nice. The television had a lot to watch the fridge was very good as we were able to store a lot of items in it. It was very accessible from the nearest train station. And there were a lot of cheap car parks nearby for easy parking and easy access. There are also a lot of shopping places and food places with there being 2 lawsons and 2 familymarts not too far from the hotel that was incredibly good for the convenience of the hotel location

The towels had other people's hair on them, and another one had a lot of black lint, so I didn't dare to use them. The location is good, but there are quite a few beggars along the street, and it smelled a bit as I passed by, which wasn't a great feeling.

The hotel room was very clean. Although there were no staff present, everything went smoothly, and every important detail was clearly communicated. The facilities were fully equipped, and we had a great stay. The only downside was that the curtains were too small, so we were woken up early by the sun. It was also a bit noisy downstairs in the morning.

Location: Just a block away from Shinsekai and Tsutenkaku, it's a bustling area that's fun to explore at night. Mega Don Quijote, FamilyMart, and Lawson convenience stores are all incredibly close. There's also a public bath nearby, so I enjoyed a sauna every morning. Plenty of dining options and izakayas mean you can grab a drink late into the night. Price: Approximately 220,000 for four people per night, which was excellent value. Note: I've heard the Shin-Imamiya area can be a bit sketchy, but while I occasionally saw homeless people, I never felt threatened. I would definitely stay here again.

Easily accessible from Kansai Airport, the hotel is just a 5-minute walk from Shin-Imamiya Station. The surrounding area also offers convenient transportation. Rooms are clean and well soundproofed, with beautiful views from the window. It's ideal for family stays, and the check-in/out process is straightforward.

First off, it was very clean, and all the amenities and appliances were well-placed and convenient to use. I really appreciated that the toilet was separate from the shower room. Don Quijote was also nearby, and it was nice to have a simple drink with my family at a pub.

I forgot to take pictures.. T_T This accommodation was 100% to my liking. I chose it based on reviews, and it was indeed the best choice. Like other reviews mentioned, the transportation, cleanliness, comfort, and spaciousness were all great. I was satisfied and grateful throughout my stay. I'm giving it a 10 out of 10, but I'm also worried it might become too popular and I won't be able to book it next time. Thank you to the owner for their kind and helpful phone support.
