Although there was an issue with check-in not opening, the subsequent resolution was smooth. The towels and sheets were neatly arranged, and overall, there were no complaints; I was very satisfied with the facilities.

The hotel is very clean, and the transportation is convenient with several different subway lines nearby. The rooms use a password lock. There's a free washer-dryer combo, but many people queue to use it. So, I chose to use it in the early morning when most guests are asleep, which allowed me to use it directly. During this time, I also went to the gym for two hours (the gym is free to use from 9 PM to 7 AM) 😆. Next to the hotel, there's a Japanese curry place that's really delicious and worth recommending (but they only accept cash). I would choose this hotel again next time I visit Osaka! 👍👍

The room was quite small, couldn't even open my suitcase. The soundproofing was also pretty bad. Everything else was great though! 👍 The room was very clean, and the water heater and bathroom were all spotless and tidy. Plus, there's free laundry.

I expected it to be small, but the bathtub was so tiny I couldn't even turn around. The bed frame was huge, with two sharp, protruding corners that I kept bumping into for all five days, and I even bled for two of them. The desk was so short it was pushed into a corner, and the chair's back hit the wall, so I could only pull it out a little. There wasn't even a kettle; I had to go to the lobby to boil water. I don't mind the small size, but I wish the design was better.

Self check-in and check-out were super simple and clear. The small lobby on the first floor has a washing machine, microwave, and luggage storage. The room doesn't have a key; it uses a password lock. The beds in the twin room were very comfortable, and the room had a desk and a fridge. The bathroom, however, was really tiny 🤣

The location is good, there's a subway station a few hundred meters away, and Shinsaibashi is just a ten-minute walk. There are also places to eat downstairs. However, the room is really too small; showering is inconvenient, and it takes a long time for the bathroom smell to dissipate after using the toilet.

Extremely satisfied! This hotel offers excellent value for money. You can store your luggage for free if you arrive before check-in time. The hotel has a washing machine (with a drying function) which is free to use (laundry pods are also provided free of charge by the hotel), and a free gym (with limited hours). The hotel decor is very new, and the room is exceptionally clean; everything feels brand new. It's just over 1 km from Dotonbori, about a ten-minute walk. There's also a microwave and a vending machine available.

I had a concert at Kyocera Dome, but my night bus was canceled due to snow, so I quickly booked this hotel. It was a direct route on Midosuji Street. From the outside, it looked like a forest! There was a huge tree at the front desk! There were several check-in machines, so I didn't have to queue and could check in right away. It asked for a photo of my driver's license (why?). This might be difficult for foreigners. To get to the room, you first take the elevator at the front desk, get off on the second floor. Once you're in the hallway, there's another elevator that takes you to the guest rooms. The unique exterior, interesting check-in process, and the fun journey to the room really excited me! The room uses a password key for entry. When I checked in, a receipt-like paper came out with the password on it. It's not an auto-lock, so make sure to press the lock button before you go out. Overall, the room lighting is dim. The full-length mirror is also tucked between two walls, so you can't really see yourself. It's hard to do makeup. The bathroom is small, but if you're used to traveling, I think it's acceptable. I had a very comfortable stay. The TV settings were difficult, and I couldn't watch terrestrial digital broadcasting, but I could watch YouTube.
