We’re sorry the room didn’t offer a view and the lighting felt dim. To improve your next stay, please let us know your preference for a room with a view or brighter lighting; we’ll note it and do our best to assign a higher-floor room or adjust lighting where possible. Regarding amenities, cream and lotion packs are available in the lobby for self-pickup, and shower caps can be provided at the front desk upon request.
