Henn na Hotel Express Osaka Namba Nipponbashi

I heard a lot of comments about Japanese hotel rooms being too small, but I was able to open both my 26 and 28-inch suitcases with plenty of room left over, which was great! It was also wonderful that the bedding, trash, bathtub, and towels were all replaced with fresh ones every single day. I'll definitely be staying at Henn na Hotel again next time! ♥️

The room was quite spacious for Japan, with enough space to open two 28-inch front-opening suitcases, and the bathroom was also very large and impeccably clean! It's a shame that breakfast consisted of microwaveable food, which I found to be very ordinary. However, the location is excellent! You can easily walk to Kuromon Market, Dotonbori, and Shinsaibashi, all of which are incredibly convenient. You can also walk to Nankai Electric Railway, which makes getting to the airport very convenient.

The room was clean and they offer free luggage storage before check-in and after check-out on the same day. Check-in and check-out are self-service. There's a communal bathroom, a dining area, a microwave, a water dispenser, and an ice machine. The room was quite spacious for me. The bathroom has a bathtub and a separate toilet. There are power outlets and USB ports by the bed. Other amenities in the room include a refrigerator, a kettle, a TV, a safe, and Wi-Fi. Someone comes to change the towels daily. I highly recommend it! It's conveniently located near Nipponbashi subway station, or you can even walk to Namba station. There's a 7-Eleven and restaurants right at the street entrance. I was very impressed! 💖

The hotel's location is excellent, and it's a fully self-check-in experience. The room, toilet, and bathroom are all separate and very clean. I stayed for a total of seven days, and they did a thorough cleaning every three days. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay.

The hotel's location is great, and the bathroom is spacious, but the toilet and shower are separated, which felt inconvenient. Breakfast was included but the quality was very average. They charged an extra 1500 Yen for late check-out, and they weren't flexible about it.

Great hotel with a very convenient location. The price was quite affordable, and check-in/check-out was smooth. It was easy to store our luggage. We could easily walk to tourist attractions, and there were plenty of food options nearby. Plus, breakfast was included with choices.
