The hotel's location is excellent. Get off at M14 station on the Red Line, take exit 2 from the subway, and walk past the convenience store for another five minutes, and you'll be there. Remember to return your key to the front desk when you leave the hotel and ask for it back when you return. Toothbrushes, toothpaste, and other amenities are in the basket in the lobby for you to pick up yourself. The hotel room isn't huge, but it's clean and tidy, the towels are fluffy, and the air conditioning works great. The only downside was a dripping sound in the bathroom of my room, 703.

The hotel is good, the staff is polite. Overall, I liked everything, the location is convenient, 5-7 minutes from the metro.

If go by subway, try to make sure to get out from exit 2. Room is small but acceptable if not bringing heavy luggage.

There was a cigarette smell in the room, and hot springs were for man only.

I had to book a hotel in Osaka at relatively notice and this one was the best choice. It's not too far from the train station so can be walked to. Staff were very helpful. The room was adequate and there was good facilities in the hotel, but no breakfast. It was a bit dearer than I would have liked to pay but that was likely my fault.
