The location is excellent. The airport shuttle bus stop is just a 5-minute walk from the hotel. Directly across the street from the main lobby entrance is a large shopping mall, divided into North and South wings. The North wing has a huge Muji, and the South wing features many sports brands like Montbell, offering tax-free shopping. On the other opposite side is Yodobashi Camera, with a medium-sized supermarket in its basement, along with affordable brands like Uniqlo and Daiso. Further towards the station, you'll find Lucua, Daimaru, Hanshin, Hankyu, Hankyu Sanbangai, etc. It's super convenient for shopping, but not right in the noisy central station area. The room's cleanliness was a bit subpar, with some dust and a damp smell. The comforters also felt damp. In the triple room, one bed was slightly shorter. The mattress firmness was just right, and the service attitude was decent.

Hotel has a very good location near many department store and near subway. Hotel staff is very kind. Breakfast is delicious and many kind of food. Check in and check out by machine is easy.

The location is excellent, tucked away in a quiet spot in Umeda, yet incredibly close to JR, Hankyu, Hanshin lines, and the subway. It's also just a few minutes' walk to the airport bus stop and the Hankyu highway bus station. There are plenty of department stores and supermarkets nearby, making dining and shopping very convenient. The breakfast was plentiful. I stayed for 6 days and was very satisfied. My only suggestion would be to change the curtains, as they don't block out the light, and I was woken up by the sun at 5 AM.

The room was spacious and the hotel offered great value for money. Its location is super convenient, right across from Umeda Yodobashi, and the airport shuttle stop is also very close by. Getting around was a breeze. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time.

The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic. We stayed there at both ends of our trip. You can cross the street directly into a building and take the elevator up, which means no matter the weather – rain, shine, or wind – you can access all the major shopping malls from the rooftop without having to go down to the ground floor. The airport bus drops you off less than a ten-minute walk from the hotel, which I personally found more convenient than the JR, especially since navigating Umeda Station by JR can be quite confusing. Plus, the bus driver even helped me with my luggage!

The location of this hotel is excellent! My husband loves shopping at Yodobashi, and their opening hours are also better than other department stores. We can drop off our heavy shopping bags at the hotel first instead of carrying them around all day.

For Japan, the room isn't small; you can open your suitcase. It's compact but has everything you need. The bathroom is very clean, and there's even a bathtub. On the second floor, there are five coin-operated washing machines with dryers. Almost every floor has a vending machine and an ice machine. I stayed for five days and found it very convenient. It's right near Umeda JR, and just a short walk further is Osaka Station. You can access Osaka Station directly from the second floor of the Grand shopping mall via a covered walkway, which is great on rainy days. There's also a large drugstore right outside the hotel, making shopping very convenient. The location is excellent. This hotel offers great value for money.

This is my second stay here, and as always, it's comfortable and convenient. On the morning of my second day, the hotel's fire alarm went off. We all stood by the roadside, and the hotel staff managed the evacuation in an orderly fashion.

The location is fantastic, right next to Yodobashi Camera in Umeda. You can easily find the hotel just by looking up and seeing Yodobashi. Plus, it's only a 7-8 minute walk to the airport limousine bus stop, which is perfect if you have a lot of luggage when heading to the airport. The room size was very satisfying. We could fully open a 30-inch suitcase and a 28-inch suitcase (which is quite rare for this price, given the location and size in the Kansai/Kanto regions). Soundproofing is excellent. There was a huge thunderstorm at 5 AM one morning, and I didn't hear a thing. The room was clean, and I enjoyed a bath in the tub every evening. Next door to the hotel, there's a Daikoku Drugstore (many Chinese staff who tend to recommend higher-priced items or old internet-famous products, so you'll need to use your own judgment when buying) and a Komeda Coffee. We had breakfast there every day. Komeda offers great value for money; breakfast for two usually cost around 1300 yen.

The room was small but had everything I needed. The location was super convenient for getting around. It rained the whole time I was in Osaka, and while the hotel provided umbrellas in the lobby (none in the rooms), there weren't always enough to go around. Hope they can improve that. The coffee shop on the first floor was great.

This was my second stay here. It's super convenient, located just 100 meters from Osaka Station and surrounded by many shopping malls.

While Japanese hotel rooms are generally on the smaller side, this one was pretty much perfect. My only minor disappointment was the lack of a gym. Everything else was great, especially its proximity to the Umeda shopping district, which made shopping and getting around incredibly convenient.

This hotel in Umeda is in a quiet spot, yet still very central. It's about a 10-minute walk from where the airport bus drops you off. Honestly, if you don't mind Umeda's slightly unreliable navigation (GPS can be a bit wonky here), staying here is a great choice. It's so convenient for getting around! Compared to Tokyo, the room size for this price in Osaka is genuinely spacious. On the first floor, the hotel provides a full range of skincare products, toothbrushes, and toothpaste, so you don't need to bring your own.

The location is great for transportation and shopping, and breakfast was quite rich. However, I'm really bothered that they gave us, two Chinese girls, a room all the way at the end of the hallway, furthest from the elevator. Given the current China-Japan relations, we didn't bother to complain. The front desk service was also pretty cold and unhelpful.
