such a cute family room for 4 ! too bad we only stayed for 1 nite. Will come again if we visit

One of the best Japanese hotels I've stayed in. Great location, within walking distance to Honmachi subway station and Shinsaibashi walking street.
Though the complimentary lounge access can offer some snacks or light bites, that will be a plus point

Strategic location, warm and friendly staff, and most importantly, the lounge area which is spacious with free flow of coffee and tea. only minus point is it close at 9pm which is a lil too early.

hotel was clean and nice and very close to the subway station. Take care if you travelling with a lots luggage subway only stairs no escalator or lift. Also everything is self serve...other than that everything was good. There is even a TV in the bathroom for premium floor guests

The security measures in the hotel were good (keycard to activate lift / locking of entrance from 3-5am). Room had nice decor and was clean. Bathroom was slightly smaller than expected. They also gave free drinks between 3-9pm in the lounge.
