The hotel's location isn't in a bustling area, but it's very close to the subway, making getting around super convenient. It's only 2-3 subway stops away from the main shopping centers. The self-service breakfast is quite good.

My stay here was excellent. The room was clean and tidy, and the housekeeping was impeccable throughout my four-night stay. The hotel's location is super convenient, close to the subway, Shinsaibashi, Namba, and other popular spots, saving a lot of travel time. The room amenities were complete, and the Japanese-style decor created a lovely atmosphere. I also enjoyed the city night views from my room. Overall, the service was good, and the staff were friendly, though there's a little room for improvement in some minor details. All in all, it offers great value for money. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit to Osaka and would recommend it to my friends.

The hotel's location is fantastic! It's right next to Honmachi subway station, and exit 5 leads directly to a FamilyMart and 7-Eleven. The Honmachi area is also very quiet on holidays. The hotel's cleanliness is excellent, and they even offer complimentary drinks and instant noodles for a late-night snack, which is a wonderful touch!

Close to the subway and a 15-minute walk to Shinsaibashi. The lobby is quite small, and it's an older hotel, but the service is excellent. The breakfast selection isn't very extensive.

Hotel is near Honmachi station exit.5 but this exit will close in weekend and weekdays after 9 PM. You have to use exit.4 instead. Cleaning is everyday that’s good. 👍 The lactation is not near the shopping center like Shinsaibashi or Namba but is very good for use Holiday in peace.

Walking distance to Family Mart just behind the hotel. Neighbors shop is salllon and western restaurant. 2min walking to Osaka Metro Hommachi station Exit 4 & 5.

Great value for money! The room had all the essential amenities, and the Japanese-style decor made it feel cozy and clean. The location is very convenient. I stayed here for one night on my way from Kyoto to Osaka for a flight, and it was easy to get to Shinsaibashi in the evening and Osaka Castle Park early the next morning. A small suggestion: it can be a bit noisy facing the street, so if you're a light sleeper, remember to bring earplugs. (Oops, I forgot to take photos!)

We stayed for 2 nights and the place it is very clean. It was super close to the metro station and it is close to downtown. It is a little bit small but worth it for the area.

Osaka was the final stop on our Japan trip. 1. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of bustling Shinsaibashi. There's a subway station just a few steps away, making it very convenient to get to Universal Studios. 2. The front desk staff were very friendly and provided service with a smile. They carefully verified our check-in information, which was great, and also offered free luggage storage! 3. The hotel has a small self-service beverage area, but they didn't offer machine-dispensed drinks, only pre-made options like fruit teas and coffee. The taste was generally mediocre, and some were a bit too sweet. 4. The washing and drying facilities in the laundry room are split across two different floors, with two sets of machines on each. However, this wasn't quite enough when it got busy. Also, due to heavy usage, the cleanliness wasn't always promptly addressed, and there was often a lot of lint and residue inside the washing machines; I'd recommend wiping them down thoroughly before use. Paper cups for the ice machine weren't always replenished on time, sometimes requiring a trip to the front desk. Furthermore, the laundry room itself is quite small. It also houses a microwave and the ice machine, and it gets very crowded with more than two people trying to use the facilities simultaneously. I'd suggest opening the main dining area in the evenings for guests to relax or heat food, instead of cramming everything into one small space. 5. The room was quite spacious. With three comfortable beds for three people, we all slept wonderfully!
