Excellent location, just opposite to shin-Osaka station. No need to take any steps all the way from station. Very clean room and decent size which was good enough for 2x 26” luggages.

It’s a very convenient place to travel from shin-osaka station. It’s also easy to connect to metro line to shinsaibashi or namba station. The room is clean and its space is not much but enough for 2 persons.

The location just can't get better than this, as it just 2 minutes walking distance away from the shin-osaka station. Room was clean and comfortable, the size is good compared to other hotels. Staff was helpful and they have complete amenities. They have 711 is on the 1st floor, very convenient. You can hear the trains passing by but its not a problem for me. Would love to stay here again!

very close to the station clean rooms, not large. all relative new no breakfast in the hotel, It was 5 minutes walk in the station. breakfast was ok, but only 2 options. orange juice need to be paid extra

Choose this place because is convenient and is near to Shinkansen whereas we will be changing hotel after few days stay

Hotel accommodation is nice. Location is very close to the shin osaka train station (if you know how to go). There hotel reach though both JR or subway station. For JR passenger, the hotel is close to central exit no10. For subway, sorry I cannot remember. I have lost in the train station when arriving. And it was a bit sad that hotel staff couldn't speak English TT

Great stay and absolutely convenient to move around since it’s just beside shin Osaka station. The hotel room is decent size and the service is very friendly and superb. Definitely will stay again if in Osaka!!!

Space was alright for couples however the bed was too soft and pillows were flimsy. Nevertheless it was a convenient stay at the location and the price was average.
