Doutonbori Crystal Hotel

When planning my trip to Osaka, I was looking for a hotel with a good location and ended up staying at Dotonbori Crystal Hotel. To get straight to the point, this is a hotel I'd highly recommend to anyone looking for accommodation near Dotonbori. The biggest advantage is, without a doubt, its location. It's incredibly close to the heart of Dotonbori, so I could walk to the Glico sign, Dotonbori River, and all the famous food streets. It was so convenient to walk back to the hotel even after staying out late at night, which made my travel itinerary much smoother. I felt it was the perfect location for anyone planning an Osaka trip focused on shopping and food. The room condition was also better than expected. While rooms in Japanese city hotels aren't typically very spacious, it was clean and well-organized, so I didn't experience any inconvenience. The bed was comfy, allowing me to rest well even after a long day of walking, and the lighting and ambiance of the room were cozy, making it a great place to relax. The location was fantastic, really close to Dotonbori, which made getting around super easy. Plus, getting to and from the airport by limousine bus was a breeze! The Doton Plaza, right next door, is where you catch the limousine bus directly to the airport, which was incredibly convenient. Being able to store our luggage after check-out also made our trip much more comfortable, as we could explore freely.

It was really convenient because there were many convenience stores and restaurants nearby. The staff were very kind and helpful, and the hotel's cleanliness and quality were excellent!

Three friends and I stayed here, and it was great to find such an affordable place near Dotonbori for a night. The facilities were good and it was clean, so I'd love to visit again!

The room was clean, and having a separate bath and toilet made for a comfortable stay. It's a bit of a walk from the station, but that also means it's quiet and peaceful. Although there's a window, you can't see outside, and no natural light comes in, so the room only brightens with artificial light. This was a slight drawback for me, as I prefer to wake up with sunlight. However, overall it was excellent, and I would definitely stay here again.

I wasn't too disappointed. My only feedback is that the room was quite cramped, which is common for Japanese hotels.
