Great hotel option; a little bit of a walk (40 minutes) to the heart of the tourist area, but its a leisurely straightline walk even at night and the metro and river are nearby. The area is really nice. Reception staff are excellent - the one i got help from most was Ann Pham; i noted her name because she was so kind and professional - she really helped me a lot with tickets and bookings. Above and beyond service.

I had a pleasant stay at Four Points Flex by Sheraton Osaka Kitahama. The hotel is conveniently located, just a short walk from Kitahama Station, making it easy to get around Osaka and access major areas.

Very near the metro within 100m, just 2-3 stops away from Dotonbori and quiet area which is great. Hotel staff were nice and the room felt clean and modern. Would definitely book here again.

Extremely satisfied with this hotel! It's close to the subway station and the area is quiet. The decor is modern, and the water temperature and pressure in the shower were perfect. For such a great price, having a Japanese-style breakfast included was absolutely perfect. Facilities: Modern Hygiene: Good Environment: Quiet Service: Excellent

The room is pretty small, but overall is good, quiet, just the construction alittle disturbance during morning IF I open my window. It’s very clean, everything is good. It’s very near to the station.

Had a great two nights stay here. Near to Kitahama station, and easy access to Osaka Castle. Slightly away from busy night city so it’s calm during day or night, and not noisy. Thanks for the hospitality.

This is the most bustling area in Osaka, with an abundance of dining options nearby. The room was great. It's just a five-minute walk from Kitahama Station, so the transportation is incredibly convenient! Overall, it was excellent value for money!
