Hiyori Hotel Osaka Namba Station

Great location, clean and decent sized room. Split toilet and bath is a good idea. Would be good to have some utensils in the room but minor suggestion

Our stay at Hiyori Hotel was great. The family triple room was comfortable. Thoughtful toiletries like facial cleanser and lotion were provided, and there’s a self-service laundry on the 7th floor. We enjoyed the complimentary beer for each guest from 6–7pm, which felt very welcoming. Breakfast was decent. The location is excellent, with the Nankai line to the airport less than a 5-minute walk away. There are also many nearby restaurants and izakayas with good Google ratings.

Hotel is near to Namba station which is easily accessible by 5 mins walk. Room is not very big and maybe difficult to open big luggage. Love that they provide Pola facial skincare and body shampoo products. Can get facial mask, shaver, comb or bath salt at lobby. Room came with leg massager which is so useful especially after long walk. Daily happy hour starting from 6pm to 7pm whereby each guest entitled to a free drink. Soup rice with toppings and making of takoyaki available from 7pm to 9.30pm daily too. Enjoyed my stay. Staff are helpful and friendly.

Great location, opposite to Nankai Train Station access information on the official website are very accurate. They have a foot massage machine in all rooms, very useful. Queen sized bed equipped with a hard mattress and 2 types of pillow, comfortable. Happy hour from 1800 to 1900, Chasuke & Takoyaki from 1900 to 2200. Unfortunately no coffee machine in the lobby, they only offer Blendy black instand coffee with hot water, quite disappointed since it didn't taste good. Bought some other flavoured coffee of Blendy they tastes much better. Not a big fan of Happy hour and snacks so didn't enjoyed much.

Good location, just next to the train station. The room is clean though the room sound insulation may not be too good but I can still sleep well at night. Free facials masks are provided at the lobby!!!

A hotel in a strategic location, near to Namba station, bed was comforted and a foot massager is provided in the room which is good to use after a whole day shopping and walking…definitely will stay again for my next trip to Osaka

The location perfect and easy to access namba limit express to kansai airport The staff kind and helpfull 😍 Arround hotel there is a lot of shopping mall for shopping And good restaurant to enjoy

Third Stay Disappointment – Annex Building Much Inferior to Main Third stay (5 nights). At check-in, told main building was full, so assigned to annex building. Facilities very different and disappointing: • No staff/reception in this building • Heavy TV mounted beside/above bed – oppressive pressure sleeping, emits lots of heat, serious fall risk • No in-room emergency phone (only lift lobby – dangerous in crises) • Tiny bathroom, poor ventilation – steam buildup, hard to breathe in hot shower • Only wall-mounted pole for clothes – way too little space, especially winter Staff friendly, room clean as usual. But at ~US$130/night, expect similar safety & comfort as main building. Hope management can address these differences & safety issues. Looking forward to response. Very disappointed this time.
