Booked 2 rooms for 4 pax but the reception refuse to do check in by people. Asked for machine check in. The room assigned was on different floor

Room not cleaned. Can see dust and dirt. Front desk service not helpful, they will just point to you the self help kiosks - which means you have to help yourself.
Forget about staying here just add some money and stay in better hotels.

Perfect location. You can literally use subway station 1min walk. In addition, 5 mins and you’re in Donki+2mins and you’re at the center of the city.
Despite this, rooms are very quiet with no noises from the street.
Very helpful that they have exchange currency atm (not the best rates, but in case of emergency-very convenience) and storage company that can send/receive your baggage. Also, the convenience store is very close to the hotel and a nice 24/7 restaurant.
Cleaning is okay, each 3rd day or you can ask stuff for cleaning.

Exactly near the entrance of Dountonbori not DOTONBORI...its slightly further 2bridges away but still its a breeze of a walk by the river...
The greatest thing about this hotel is only 400mtrs to Doton Plaza where Shuttle bus to Kansai airport is located for 1800yen...too convienient..loved it..
As a solo female traveller,hotel is safe and great room size...Ask for 402..best room ever...Window overlookin the Dontonbori river..if u need toiletries before going up the room after check in u will find a kiosk...EVEN BETTER ENGLISH speaking Customer support is always on hand for assistance...I WILL DEFINATELY COME BACK...and at the lobby LUUP (E-bike & E-scooter is always ready to be used)...THE BEST END TO MY JAPAN 28days trip...

房間算是比較小，不過因為是離開前一天臨時住一下，問題不算大。冰箱和水壺在門口左手邊，自來水水質沒什麼問題，喝了沒有異味。相鐵的連鎖店基本也都是自助機器登記入住和退房了，有中文頁面這個好評，但需要注意3點後才能入住，到了店到沒到時間的話可以找工作人員寄存一下行李，逛一圈回頭再拿房卡。這家大堂空間挺大，整理行李也不用擔心影響別人。最後説下我這間的衞生間，有些異味反出，還好關上門就基本聞不到了，不過可見確實時間久了該重新裝修了。

The room is too small for 2 adults and 1 child, but the location is excellent and the price is very reasonable. I will book again next time if no other good choice.
