We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the cold showers, which are a facility that should be comfortable to use. We also apologize for the concern you may have experienced with cloudy water coming out of the faucet. We had not previously confirmed any similar incidents, but in response to your recent comments, we are conducting a site check. We also take seriously the lack of guidance regarding the confusing entrance procedures. We will continue to review the guidance and signs to provide clearer guidance in the future.
