When booking, always double-check the room's occupancy limit. Even their double rooms might be listed as single occupancy! The king-size room was spacious enough to lay out a 28-inch suitcase. They only provide two complimentary bottles of water on the check-in day, and these are not replenished. Towels will be left in a blue bag on your door handle the next day; you just need to place your used ones back in the bag and hang it on the handle. For trash, just leave it outside your door and someone will collect it. The hotel has convenient transportation links nearby, being just one stop away from Umeda Nishi.

The environment here is great, and the location is super convenient. There's a convenience store right across the street and plenty of restaurants nearby. The subway station is also just 100 meters away. The hotel staff were nice too.

This hotel is located in Higobashi, Osaka, so don't confuse it with the similarly named hotel nearby. The rooms are quite spacious, with pleasant lighting and are spotlessly clean. The location is excellent, not far from both Umeda and Shinsaibashi. The hotel breakfast is incredibly rich and varied.

My four-day stay at the Velina Select Hotel (Osaka Nakanoshima East) during my trip to Osaka was absolutely fantastic. The hygiene was impeccable, with thorough cleaning done daily. The room facilities were in great condition, and the bedding was soft, ensuring a very peaceful sleep. The hotel environment was quiet and elegant, and its location was superb, making it easy to get to various shopping districts. The staff provided attentive service, and communication was smooth. Even though I was traveling alone, the double room offered more than enough space. Overall, it was a perfect experience, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone visiting Osaka.
