Good location coz it’s near at a train station.
The room was nice.
Just please clean properly especially the doorknob inside, the tv rack and the sides of the vault. It’s dusty.

The room was extremely dusty — even my bag was covered in dust after just a short time. I would not recommend this hotel for anyone with allergies.
There is no regular cleaning service during the stay. For short stays this might be fine, but for anything longer than three nights, I would not recommend it. Fresh towels are provided daily by hanging a towel bag on the door, and guests are expected to leave used towels and trash bins outside the room.
The bathroom layout is quite inconvenient — you can’t stand directly in front of the sink due to limited space.
Also, although we booked for two people, the bed was a small double, which felt too cramped.

The rooms are compact but modern, very clean, and well-equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is convenient, close to public transport, shops, and restaurants, making it easy to explore the city. The staff were polite and helpful, adding to the overall positive experience. A good choice for travelers looking for comfort and value in Osaka.

Generally good but their parking is a bit inconvenient. It is difficult for some vehicles to park. specially suv so Small cars ok ! If you want to park your car hotel car park You have to pay ¥2000 separately it’s not included your hotel bill. They told me to find a Park yourself. So I find the Car Park separately Near the hotel, there are many coin parking around the Hotel normally 24hours 2500 ¥

Location is great. Even small room for single feel enough space. You can buy the norming breakfast package at Seattle cafe in front for only 1100 yen.
Lobby is nice and clean. Love it.
