Doutonbori Crystal Exe

It’s a wonderful little hotel which is cosy and very close to doutonbori. First time in Osaka and it was awesome being so close to everything. Good water pressure in the shower, clean and very friendly staff. Would definitely come again

Booked two rooms. Had daily breakfast. Delightful. Will come back all over again. Hopefully they do start to provide more amenities like in the past. It's a hassle now we have to ask from the reception. And so many things are payable or not available. :(

Room is large l, clean and comfortable. The room’s design is proper. There are 2 chairs and a small table in the room for you to eat comfortably. The hotel provides high quality ReFa shower head. Breakfast is simply but rich.

Location wise : I think really a bit far from subway station, especially if we are doing day trips to Kyoto, Nara and Kobe. Distance walk to dotonbori consider ok. Service : I book this hotel is because I thought is hotel service which provides daily cleaning but daily cleaning is just fixing bed sheets, if want to change bedsheet or wash toilets, there will be extra fees. Amenities : Honestly I think this is the lousiest hotel base on amenities. I stayed here for 5 nights but I’m only given 2 disposable toothbrush, we have to get toothpaste from the reception every night as it is not provided in the hotel, water also not provided. Definitely wouldn’t choose to stay here again

I don’t remember I have anything to complaint about.

The room was clean and the staff were friendly. The included breakfast was a nice bonus, and the location made it easy to access everywhere
