However, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the lack of cleaning, trash disposal, and towel replacement. We are particularly sorry that the bathtub was not as clean as it should be. We will take your comments seriously and review our housekeeping system to thoroughly implement cleaning standards and strengthen our inspection system.
