There are no tableware, the sofa table is too low, and the clothes washed in the washing machine will stink

It takes about 15 minutes on foot from Osaka Station. The room is spacious and nice. It's nice that there's a beam inside. However, it takes a long time to check in because it's unmanned, and it's a shame that towel exchange service isn't provided.

It was a clean and beautiful room. We stayed with 5 people, but the room was spacious enough that it didn't feel cramped. The sink faced the room. It would have been better if there was a full-length mirror. Towels were only exchanged for guests staying for 4 days or more, so we used the coin laundry.

I spent the last night of my trip at Rakuten Stay. The location is close to Umeda Station (Osaka Station), so it was very convenient to take the train to the airport on the last day. The hotel sent me the check-in information via email before check-in, so the check-in process was easy, and the interior was very clean. I especially liked that I could use the beam attached to the ceiling lights by connecting it to my smartphone. If you are a tourist planning to see the night view from Umeda Sky Garden, I recommend this place.

The hotel environment is very good, but we were not given the door code at the beginning, and it was troublesome to call the customer service. The door code was not informed until we checked in by ourselves. Everything else is very good, 5 people can stay in one room, there are refrigerators and microwaves, and the shower room is also very large, the check-in experience is better, and the cost performance is very high.

I chose the deluxe room, and it was so spacious that I could easily open my suitcase! The bathroom and toilet were separate, and there was a space to put clothes in front of the bathroom, which was convenient. Also, the projector, which was my main purpose, was large and great. The location is a bit of a walk from Osaka Station, but the hotel is so nice that I can ignore that and get 5 stars.

It's a bit far from Osaka (Umeda) Station, but it was nice to be able to use such a spacious and clean room at this price. The bathroom was also large and I was very satisfied.

The automated service counter is not very user friendly. After entering the hotel, you have to go through the automated check-in to get the password, but you can only enter the hotel with the password.

The room was clean and cheap. The amenities were plentiful, but it was a little disappointing that there were no spare towels. However, the location was bad.

If you are traveling by self-driving, the distance is 10 minutes more convenient. If you are not traveling by self-driving, it is recommended that you try to walk on the road or you need to transfer three or four rides.  The facilities are also very convenient. There is a supermarket within a five- to six-minute walk. There is also a supermarket nearby where the skewers are very delicious (Picture 1). There is a ramen shop nearby that is very delicious. The room facilities are very good. The floor above The facilities are also very convenient, including a smoking room, laundry and drying room.

There is a lot of space. Recommended for 5 people.
