The hotel's location is excellent, within walking distance to shopping areas, and there's a popular cafe right downstairs. The room was also really nice, and I loved the small bar counter by the window! I'll definitely book here again next time.

The hotel's facilities are excellent. The room was spacious with a great view. There was also a good selection of alcohol, though I don't drink. Shopping is super convenient, with Shinsaibashi right next door, and Daimaru and Takashimaya department stores within easy walking distance. You can even pop into the Ferrari store nearby.

RWe chose this hotel specifically to celebrate our first wedding anniversary. We requested a higher-floor room in advance, but unfortunately it wasn’t provided. There was also no special setup or decoration in the room, and the front desk never mentioned anything about it. The room view was average, and the hotel is a bit of a walk from Shinsaibashi Station. The elevator had a noticeable unpleasant odour when going from the ground floor to the 3rd floor. Overall, the experience was just average. For comparison, we stayed two nights at another hotel during the same trip that was slightly cheaper, but the overall feeling and quality were noticeably better than at this W hotel.

The bed was super comfy, and the room had great natural light. The entrance design was quite spectacular. The breakfast selection could be expanded and improved. They offer multilingual service, so there's no need to worry about language barriers.

Extremely clean, spacious, and the staff are exceptionally polite and welcoming.

The worst 5-star hotel I've ever stayed in. 1. At 8 AM, the room was incredibly bright because the bathroom curtain and door were both translucent. There was no way to block out the light at that hour. 2. The motion-sensor light in the wardrobe didn't work properly; it would turn off while I was looking for things in my luggage. The duvet was strangely messy, with many layers, as if it hadn't been folded or made properly. 3. The bathroom smelled awful. I'm not sure if it was one of the provided toiletries or something else, but it was definitely a foul odor. 4. The hotel check-in desk was tiny and right next to an all-day bar. While this might be okay on other floors, it was the only way to get back to my room. Every time I returned to the hotel, I was met with loud music. I didn't get any good sleep for two nights and felt very agitated. I couldn't stand it anymore and moved to another hotel. I will never come back.

The hotel was clean and the reception staff were very helpful. Breakfast was delicious, though there is some room for improvement. The water service was a bit confusing; we were told to get water ourselves from the cold food section, but seeing other tables having water delivered made the experience less pleasant. Overall, it was a decent stay!

I originally booked a W Suite and arrived at 12 PM hoping to secure a high-floor room, but was only given the 8th floor. So, I paid more to upgrade to a Marvelous Suite. Honestly, the hardware facilities are excellent, but! If you want to experience differential treatment, this W is the place to be. First, someone else's laundry was mistakenly delivered to our suite. When I told the front desk, they were dismissive, merely saying someone would come to collect it, without even an apology. Later, while we were out, they left two boxes of Pocky biscuits... truly perfunctory. Then, we went to the Living Room on the third floor for drinks, and the server was practically bowing to Caucasian guests, while being very dismissive towards us. Around 10 PM, I called their 24/7 Whatever/Whenever service for an extra duvet, and they told me they had none left. The next day, I ordered room service through the Bonvoy app, and since I couldn't find the order on the web version, I called again to confirm. They said they'd call me back after checking with room service, but the meal arrived and I never got a call back. It felt like they didn't care about their guests at all. Also, the suite's minibar is entirely chargeable, and there are no additional services. It really felt like I paid a hefty price just to rent the room itself. I can't really praise the service from a five-star Marriott-branded hotel. This review is a heads-up for anyone considering booking this hotel. Though I doubt W Osaka will care about my review; they're always fully booked and don't lack customers. Oh, and the front desk concierge who spoke Chinese were all from Taiwan.

Sink is too small to be practical, leaving no room even for hand soap. Shower head was difficult to position correctly, making it a struggle to use. Toiletries had an unpleasant scent like oil paint. 80-square-meter size of the room, only one box of tissues was provided. Hairdryer was ineffective; even on the highest settings, it produced only a weak warm airflow that would take over 30 minutes to dry hair. The hanging silver bulb is positioned in a way that creates a constant hazard for head injuries. An incredibly frustrating stay

This W hotel is above average for the brand. While the location isn't perfect – it's a bit too far to walk to Shinsaibashi but very close by car – overall, I was quite satisfied.

Cool design, we stayed in a room with a city view. The cleaning is good, and the breakfast includes eggs, cheese, bread, and fruit. There is a large and stylish swimming pool, a sauna, and a gym.

The lobby is very well-designed, and the room design is incredibly thoughtful and stylish. Everything is super convenient to use. The restaurant has a vibrant design, and the breakfast offers a good variety. Plus, the view from the window is excellent.

Thank you for the wonderful hospitality over these nights. They provided a wonderfully satisfying Christmas decoration for my girlfriend and me, and we loved the room design and all the excellent and friendly service from the hotel!
